    On October 13th, 2023, my mobile home burnt down. ******* showed up and walked through the residence talking up how much stuff they can save. Their people can work magic. They barely saved anything and they took more than 3/4 of my insurance payoff for doing something I would have done myself had I not been promised so much being saved. Now, I never called Servpro and I'm not sure if my insurance called them or not as they were on scene before the fire was even out. I BELIEVE (can't prove) they were listening to the scanner and showing up at incidents. That to me is predatory and praying on vulnerable people. No matter what, they definitely took advantage of us. The home was being torn down so there was no need to empty it out. They knew this at the time of service. The only reason we agreed to them being there is strictly because of the representative talking it up and pointing out how much can be saved.
