    ******** experience with this company. Bullying, intimidation and lies. Retaliation from the project manager. Multiple delays. Will tell you that you are on the schedule and then text you the day before to tell you something has come up. Price gouging, almost $1000 to move 10 pieces of furniture from one room to the next. Refused to order the flooring unless we signed this ridiculous contract although we stated the furniture would be moved before the work started. Refused to give us any information about the work until the day before. Demanded we make the house available to them from 8am-5pm every day but don't show up until 10 or 11am some days and gone in a few hours. Accused us of not being the rightful owners and told the adjuster we were living in our home illegally. They have some sort of "relationship" with a local broker/realtor. Unsure who is in charge. The office personnel are worse. Won't answer any questions. Refuse to let you talk to anyone else. CEO and president won't respond to emails or requests for appointments. Under staffed, only have one carpet layer, so it takes 3 weeks just to get on his schedule. If the company gets new work, your project/job gets pushed aside. If you post anything on social media, they get defensive. No regard for basic human needs. Apparently, allowing people to live with the necessary daily items isn't their concern. I was told persons with medical problems isn't their problem. Insurance companies have no control or say in how the job is managed. Servpro is only interested in the money. Once they have it, you are at their mercy. Plan on the project taking months longer than they estimated. Also, factor in the cost of having to have your walls repaired and painted after they are done repairing your floors. There is a reason this company is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau and received a C-. In all honesty, they deserve an F.
