    This place is an absolute joke!!!!!!!!! Hopefully black mold doesnt bother you. DONT NOT MOVE HERE, THEY ALL NEED TO BE CONDEMED!!! First off they are not maintained whatsoever. Aren't properly cleaned or painted before tenant moves in. First night here I got bit by bed bugs. Another tenant had roaches, another with termites. None of these building are up to code. Appliances are beyond outdated and a safety concern. Repairs are never done timely or at all for that matter. Furnaces are never serviced or cleaned. They never bring in reputable companies only use their employees. They think that chlorine bleach and water will remediate black mold. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if all the buildings had black mold, due to there not being proper drainage around here. Consumers even said they always hit water when they come here accept in August when it's warm. Doors aren't sealed properly. Maintenance is unprofessional and not trustworthy whatsoever. Maintenance and management will stalk your social media and give you violations, interriogate your neighbors to validate their violations that they dont even physically see on the property.Rental certificate has been expired since March of 2022 and they shouldnt have had it to begin with because they never fixed anything Flea and spider problems as well. Maintenance gives no mind to your pets leaving access panels off on the wall while they take lunch break. They locked my cat in the wall with the black mold. Never know when repairs are going to be made or what is being done. When they schedule things they expect you to take the whole day off as there is no specific time. Everything is last minute they have ZERO consideration for their tenants whatsoever. Oh yea and don't plan on enjoying outside here. Our lease states we can't loiter in common areas which includes the yard, so you are confined to the black mold, dust, dirt and bugs if you don't leave the property to enjoy a beautiful day.     All licensing and certification through the ********************** and any other municipality has always been maintained in accordance with each municipality's regulations. Any issues brought to our attention whether from a current resident or any other means has always been addressed and remedied as needed. With regard to the generality of this complaint I can only comment that our residents and their homes are our priority, and all required guidelines are followed with regard to repairs, contractors etc. Due to the current litigation ongoing with the complainant I cannot speak to specifics regarding an apartment or resident. However, I can state that we do and always will take care of issues as they are reported and warranted.

    This company is the biggest scam Ive ever seen. Since theyve taken over our complex, residents have had increased fees/rent, trash overflow since they removed all dumpsters, repeatedly ignoring maintenance issues, lack of basic safety precautions with snow and ice. Many units have mold in their bathroom due to no ventilation in upstairs units. We were told that our problems with AC is because we have the oldest unit in the complex. Their solution was to turn it on less during the day with my newborn baby and 90+ degree days. They forged a check we had written to the office. No one is willing to help. They only care about the $$$. I have rented a duplex at Silver Creek Apartments for the past 9 years. Within the past year, we have paid rent with checks from my wifes bank account. 2 times we transferred money on the same day and caused late rent payments. I didnt realize if I transfer same day then the funds arent instantly available. My accounts dont work that way. I have paid all late fees required. I have paid you 110 times and have had only these 2 issues. I ordered more checks so we can pay with our main account like we used to. The check payments are already an inconvenience as 99% of the world takes digital payments on an app or site. Now, Im being told that I have to make all payments with a money order or certified check. This is a huge inconvenience. I dont think its fair that after all of those payments that Im penalized so harshly. Can you approve to allow check payments again? This would really be appreciated. Thats all Im asking for. I reached out to ********************************* who would not accommodate my request. ******
