  We want to warn people not to deal with ***** of Cabinet LLC on 2751 Alpine NW. We gave **** 2400:00 on April 1 to install a bathroom vanity and countertop. We had another company lined up to install a walk in shower and flooring. The cabinet was supposed to be installed before the shower which wa showing to be done May 12. The closer we got to that date many attempts were made to cal text voicemail go into his shop with no response.When we finally caught him off guard at the store he admitted h forgot about us and the vanity had not been ordered but he assured us it would all work out. We should have demanded our money back at that point. He said he would eat the cost of the flooring install since the shower company could not install the floor before the cabinet. When the vanity finally came in and he got his guy to come install the cabinet and the floor we are now at the end of June. When my husband went in to make the final payment he said he refused to take anything off for the flooring. Unfortunately we learned the hard way.

  You have my CEL# and I have many text messages with ***.
  Very misleading part of your review.
  Lets tell everyone the real truth.
  You did not pay me or the company to install your cabinets.
  You have no install agreement with us as we do not do construction.
  We did install your countertop. Two weeks after the vanity was installed.
  Regarding construction.
  I set you up with the perfect owner operator contractor. You paid him directly.
  He took care of heat vent, your mess of plumbing between the two bathrooms, flooring and new cabinet install. The timeline for him to get to your job was up to him, not me.
  He was your contractor, you paid him direct, that had nothing to do with cabinet llc.
  He was truly the perfect contractor for your project.
  You did not have to bring in other trades.
  You paid a fair price and no middle man fees.
  You saved a lot of money.
  He also agreed that for that vanity to be installed before that shower would had been a huge mistake. There was no room to work in such a small bathroom.
  This was a huge benefit for you and prevented any damage to your new cabinets.
  After the cabinet was ordered it was here in two weeks.
  Yes I did forget to place the cabinet vanity originally order due to so much going on. I was honest with you. That is very honest and should be respected. You agreed it was respected. Even with the delay, That did not hurt you in anyway.
  Your new countertop was installed within two weeks after they vanity was installed.
  When the cabinets did arrive. they sat in my warehouse for a month before a contractor could even get to your job.
  The reality is, it truly benefited you in the long run.
  You should be more honest about it.
  As far as money.
  The shower company credited you for the flooring, this is what your husband told me.
  I'm guessing it was more that $600.00
  Yes, I will pay the contractor to install the new LVP only.
  The LVP flooring only and we made that agreement.
  You said OK sounds great.
  Problem is your shower company never took care of the sub floor and from what I was told by the contractor, That other company left a complete mess. They should had prepped the floor for new LVP and they did not.
  As far as the final payment goes, you wanted me to pay for the flooring install.
  PLUS give you an additional $600.00 off the materials you ordered.
  Our company did not even make $600.00 off your project.
  Plus as agreed, I said I would pay to install the LVP flooring.
  When I get the invoice for the flooring labor, of laying the LVP only from the contractor I will pay it as we all agreed.

  Its completely madding when people who do not get their own way hide behind a bad review.

  Designed and paid for kitchen for new house build in September 2023 and it was still not finished in FEBURARY 2025! I got sick of all the excuses, mistakes, troubles, time and stress with dealing with **** that I asked that he pay me for the 1 remaining drawer I didn't have. Nothing was on time as scheduled and held our contractors up, wrong size cabinets on multiple locations, wrong layout in kitchen cabinets, no prints for contractors, horrible color on staining, we have cabinets of different shades that should all be the same. Agreements and promises never kept, horrible customer service. Trust me, buy your cabinets somewhere else!

  ****, you should show images now how amazing your kitchen looks and tell the truth. THE COMPLICATED CUSTOM STAIN was very challenging. YES I paid you off for that drawer front. YES, you did not want to wait for someone to stain the one drawer front. YES. You said you would do it and I hope it worked out. Lets get real and tell all the story. The bar, bathrooms and your island cabinets came in all on time. No problems. The mud room custom paint color. lower bathroom custom paint color. All good. Color match was perfect. You was in such a hurry you did not even wait for the paint to harden. Mud room. Your installers did it wrong and we fixed for you at no cost. In fact we made a couple trips to your home and did it for FREE. Purchasing additional hinges to fix their issues. At no cost. All the other rooms we did for you. No positive feed back. Just a complaints. As far as the main kitchen. All the custom details with deep fridge panels, pantry with door panels, the crown molding details, light valance. THE MONEY WE SAVED YOU.... No compliment, Interesting I would say. What about all the the extra parts and changes we did for you at no extra cost in the main kitchen. including the changes your wife made the day we delivered the cabinets. After her demanding we change it for her, we did at no extra cost. She made us switch finished ends and the cabinet layout on site because she made changes after the confirmation of order. We did that at no cost. Some of the problems we had was problems you and your installers create. YES the custom stain color match was a big issue and took forever. Custom stains we rely on suppliers, we went to three companies to get stain matches made. I went thru two finishing guys, the ongoing color matches and making sure we can color match additional parts. The timeline of everything for your custom stain was a nightmare for all. I agree 100% LESSON LEARNED. We made at least 6 to 10 samples for you, met you on Sundays to see if you would approve it. This took months to get done and a big mistake to do a custom stain on my end. Switching finishers to do the stain match and project slowed down the project. NEVER again will we do a custom stain for anyone. Due to all the issues we had with your custom stain. It was a very hard lesson. In fact I shut down all finishing operations because of all the complications. What gets me is people are so fast to talk bad in reviews. YET...Even with your installers, the problems they created. We fixed it for you, we fix for you and no cost, you don't mention that. You don't mention how all other cabinets you had no issues, how quick you received the standard cabinets. Island, Bathrooms and Bar. It was the custom stain that was the biggest issue. You don't mention how amazing it is to have such an amazing kitchen at the price you paid. Don't mention the, extra deep fridge panels the door panels or the quality of the custom stain and how perfect it matched in the end and how much you love it.. You don't even mention about adding extra parts, the light valance and how we did not charge you for this. For the wood or the staining of it. You don't mention anything positive and I would return the review to you as 1 STAR.

  ******************* 4 reviews just now NEW We wanted to replace our cabinet doors and drawer fronts - started the process 2/26/22 - multiple delays and excuses- finally the Wednesday before thanksgiving 2022 a gentleman came to install them - 2 doors were too small and NO drawer fronts. It was to be reordered- then over the last year we had MULTIPLE phone calls to **** - he was always apologetic but couldnt give us a good reason why or a date it would be completed. Finally said it would be installed 6/15/23 - I emptied all the drawers but the installer never came. Again **** was very apologetic and came himself in august and remeasured the drawer fronts and the 2 doors that were measured wrong before. He said the order would go out the next day then..nothing. So in October we started calling again - in November he said his ********* was deer hunting, then Thanksgiving the first of December he said they could come 1/20/24. When we called on 1/17 to confirm we were told that's not going to work but no indication of when this would be completed. We stopped into the store this last Saturday to talk in person as **** has not responded to the daily phone calls made the week before - it was before 1:30 (supposed to be open until 2) but no one was there and the doors were locked.This has been very frustrating

  We are still left with an unfinished kitchen after delays, lack of communication, mistakes in measurements and very unprofessional paperwork throughout the process. We had to inform him of several mistakes in multiple renditions of an 'invoice. After months with barely any communication about the missing items he asks for full payment. We refused to pay until the project was finished and all of a sudden the amount he stated we owed went up by almost $6000. Started threatening us with lawyers and liens. Finally settled on a more accurate amount due and got our remaining pieces and we plan to finish it ourselves, since he refused to finish the work.We would advise serious caution.

  Not a good place to do business. Ordered a custom-built bathroom cabinet in April of 2023. I was eventually told 14+ weeks later that they would need to refund my money as they were too busy to complete the project. This information was provided only after many attempts to contact the company about the long delays on the building of this cabinet. A delay also occurred in the return of my money that was previously paid to order the cabinet. Do not consider doing business with this company unless you like long delays and excuses.
