    Scheduled an appointment. Two days before the appointment I was contacted and told my provider no longer was with them. Was told to reschedule online which I cant do without paying another $200. Even though I never got my first appointment. Havent heard back from customer service since 12/28. Completely a scam.

    Pretty sure they have no actual customer service employees. Its $100 a month to meet with a doctor to call in your scripts. With no actual employees to answer the phone its impossible to get your prescription moved to a location that can fill it. This world of online hassle free quick fix seems to be an absolute joke and cost a fortune.

    I went through the process and expected a doctor to call me with in the time frame specified on the appointment. They called after they called 5 mins before the meeting was supposed to be over and I was unable to answer due to other engagements. I have emailed 3 times and called once to leave a message. I have gotten zero responses from the company. They charged me and gave no service. This is a scam!! Do not use.

    Initial assessment and meeting with the dr went great. Medication was prescribed and sent right away to the pharmacy. However, since then the I've had to work with customer support on refill requests and I agree with other reviewers it is the absolute WORST experience. Takes 2-3 weeks to even get a response and then it's still likely not resolved. If you call, they'll immediately hang up on you after waiting on hold for 30 min. Unacceptable business practice.

    If I could give this company a negative star I would! I attempted to cancel my subscription mid test (they charged before completing the questions). *** attempted to call, write to resolve the issue. I spoke to a woman named ***** who said she couldnt refund the $ b/c Id been seen by a Dr.?! This I was unaware of, because it never happened. I also spoke to ********, who promised a refund~ that never happened. Their billing lines now disconnected! A month into this & theyre still attempting to charge my card! Run as fast as you can & keep reporting them til theyre gone!

    Taking the initial questionnaire is easy. Scheduling your first *******************. Scheduling medication management appointments is easy. Contacting your provider is impossible. You cannot contact them directly and must go through customer service. I waited on hold 18 minutes and then received a message stating all agents were busy and to leave a call back number. My NP is very nice, but she always seems very distracted. Hence why she almost always sends in the wrong prescription. Then I have to wait for days to get a response from customer service to fix the prescription. I sent a message to them on 12/21 and again on 12/27 and have yet to receive a response. This site has so much potential, but they have a long ways to go.

    They just want money and do not care what so ever about the patients period. Cant get prescriptions for days or weeks on end because they refuse to do theyre job and call them in. ************* business taking advantage of patients daily.

    Wish I saw this before they took my initial 150, before seeing they want another $200. Ill happily go the traditional route with my doctor and my insurance. How unfortunate as telehealth is otherwise generally acceptable now.

    Currently looking for alternatives to ADHDonline. The ** writes RX for incorrect medication and dosages. I have to go back & forth with customer service to get the correct medication. I have been waiting for a medication refill for 10 days now. Dont waste your time, money, or energy. Theyre in it to make money, not to help anyone. ******* runs a better company at this point.

    I paid the $150. Actually $165 and they wont take my credit card information off their site. They wont return emails or phone calls. Do not do it. Its a scam!
