    Complete Scam! They said that because I didn't have any symptoms of hyperactivity that I couldn't be diagnosed with ADHD. Even though you don't have to have the hyperactivity to be diagnosed with ADD!Going to try and get my money back but I'm not holding out hope.Avoid at your own personal cost

    This company is a SCAM. Trying to cancel an appointment by calling but they pick up their phone . They reply back to your email .

    This is a fraudulent company that takes over a month to reply to support emails and does not answer the phone. They are also a money grab company that steals your money without providing a service. They need to be shut down, just read other reviews too!

    The psychiatrist assigned to my assessment is not only from a different state, but had the audacity to diagnose me with mood disorder, and anxiety disorder, but refuse to diagnose me with adhd despite in their words "matching every symptom of adhd" but because I smoke weed before bed, I am not eligible for that diagnosis. This Dr is biased, and out of touch with today's mental health. A complete waste of $149

    SCAM and there should be a class action lawsuit against them. They treat there existing patients like they don't exist. Beware. You're better off going to a real doctor in person.

    Very poor response rate and over all customer service. They did see me and prescribe to me, but you cannot call to speak to someone on the phone and they never responded to my email request for over a week. I would recommend seeking a different online group for prescriptions

    No contact for 2 months and gave wrong diagnosis. Took my money and keep sending me a query tickets via email with no response. Helpline is useless too and even pressed 2 for doctors and pharmacists only to leave a voice message which obviously never returned any calls. I'm wondering how this practice is allowed to exist. Taking further action.

    I was able to get a telehealth call and receive medication in 2021. However now adhdonline is not responsive and I have no way to continue to receive my medication which is adderall 15mg. Emails to support mailbox are not receiving a response. Voice mail messages to the prescription refill line are not returned. The support phone line automatically hangs up after approx 10 minutes.

    Initial meeting with doctor and even follow up went ok, got meds prescribed. New doctor the second time, and didnt review my file prior to visit. She said she was going to increase dose. Never contacted me and then didnt. Havent been able to get any answers on refills. Have spent over $500 for 2 months of appointments and scripts that dont have any refills.
