      Shoppers be careful. All of the buy 3 get 2 free or similar yellow stickers you see around the store may not ring up at the register for the same prices. I was told I had to add those to my Mperks account 30 minutes before you try to buy or youll be pay way more than you expect.Many shoppers including myself and the two people with carts full of food behind me did not know they would not be receiving the price shown on the yellow stickers This is a very deceptive practice. Price gouging shoppers. Meijer corporate are aware that many shoppers are unaware that they need to preselect items in the app to receive the prices on the yellow stickers.I now know why most of my shopping trips left me shocked at the register.Meijer, youre a huge company Im not sure what youre doing is legal. It is at minimum a very deceptive practice.

      Racially Profiled While Shopping I had an incredibly disappointing and upsetting experience at this Meijer (*********, **). While shopping for my fathers groceries, I was racially profiled at self-checkout. Despite paying for my items in full with Apple Payas was my intention all ****** was approached by two different employees.The first asked for my ID, assuming I was purchasing alcohol (I wasnt). The second claimed he needed to scan one of my items for corporate, then proceeded to scan my personal bag before touching anything in my cart.I watched closely and noticed this wasnt standard procedure for everyoneonly myself (a Black woman), a Black man, and a brown woman nearby.Its clear to me that racial profiling is alive and well here. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, harmful, and deeply discouragingespecially for someone simply trying to shop with care and ********** better, Meijer. Until then, Ill be taking my business elsewhereand encouraging others to do the same.

      This meijers is the most disgusting store I have ever been a customer for. They let their employees sex***ly h***ss customers. They allowed a situation to occurred even further after I went to customer service about this employee who walk behind me and said the most disturbing thing to me. As I was by myself minding my business. I have never seen this guy or knew him. I went to customer service immediately and they did nothing. Corporate did nothing but transfer me back to the store. They allowed this terrible employee to continue his employment there after my big complaint! He has attacked another woman and her husband came to defend her and this employee has MACED this poor man defending his wife. I called corperate more than 5 times to get this guy fired before he could attack again and they still had him there. Now he is fired but this is very unethical for meijers to allow this to escalate. I hope they are sued by this couple and pay BIG BUCKS!!!$$$$$ they need to go bankrupt and close down to a open better convenient store. Every person that works there need to be fired and replaced if business will remain open!!!

      Their delivery service has absolutely terrible and irresponsible bag packing often stuff full and structurally breaking by the time they are grabbed by the consumer. Several bags rip and spill and damage goods almost every time. Some bag are so heavy that the disabled and elderly surely would not be able to bring the bags in. Absolutely complete disregard for the customer and a disgrace to Meijer’s everywhere **** **** would be rolling in his grave.

      After staying away from meijers for many months because of several problems they did not care about, the final straw then was when i was forced to do self check out, 3 items in my cart, but before i was able to get to the door after paying, i was stopped and the lady demanded my receipt to make certain i had not stolen anything. Today, i stopped by again, one item i picked up was hamberger 80/20 on special, 1.06 lbs per the label, when i arrived home i weighted the meat, only the meat, ot weighed slightly over 15 oz, almost 2 oz short. So many of the same packages in the counter, wonderful way to do business.

      Meijer is MT pleasant MI has their security follow me all around the store for over an hour. He scared the c*** out of my 10 yr out disabled daughter!! We heard him making racial comments on the phone behind us on multiple occasions. I believe he targeted us because of my daughters skin color. This is not right. He watched me check out and pay for every single item and he still followed us to parking lot causing my 10 yr old to cry she thought he was going to hurt us or try to kidnap us. I dont blame her I was scared as well. Please do better! I wont be back

      I went to Meijers today and the quality of customers service was horrible. At the self service line, the team members seems to have attitude problem and the manager team were very slow and didnt know how to help me. But this one young man knew his job and the manager very upset for the experience

      Meijer locations purposely did not stock the shelf of high sale items, showing they were out of stock. Since they do not offer rainchecks they have no desire to stock sale items. I checked Mount Pleasant, Big Rapids, Cadillac, and Midland stores and all were out of the sale item ($8 off) on Monday, Thursday, and Saturday during the AD. Miraculously on Monday, ALL items were completely restocked and back at their regular price at 6AM. I have caught them doing this on several big sale items to limit their loss. Absolute garbage and a scam.

      Keep an eye on your bill! They are inputting the wrong prices for items and when scanned, theyre significantly more expensive than the advertised price (I.e. bananas are 50 cents per pound and they charged $5.49).
