July 6, 2025 $145.93 The business hasnt committed to me with anything but a bunch of nonsense.The business has not tried to resolve the problem, theyve made a bunch of excuses.I placed a delivery order with Meijer yesterday, it was marked as delivered but I dont have my order. I have video footage of the driver approaching my porch empty handed twice and leaving. I would like a full refund because this is unacceptable. Ive never placed an order at this address with Meijer and they are using a previous delivery issue at a different address as an excuse not to refund me for my order. I cant upload videos but I have them.Business Response

After further review, the third-party delivery partner was able to investigate and confirm that the order was delivered to the correct address. Unfortunately, the refund is being denied at this time. If the consumer feels that there was any theft, a report will need to be filed with local law enforcement.Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because: this order was delivered to the correct address. I have video of the delivery driver approaching my porch empty handed so the suspect theft would be by the delivery driver and there information isnt disclosed to me.

The store is charging more than what the price tag says on the shelf. They had wallflower shorts with a sign stating $19.99 they were ringing up $28 the cashier said she couldnt match the posted price. I called customer service and was told if I bought them I could go to have customer service adjust it. I said I didnt buy them and its fraud overcharging customers. The rep ******* told me if the customer doesnt notice they were overcharged then oh well. This happened on 7/3/25 around 1130pm at the *********** store. They also had blueberries ringing up for $7.96 they were supposed to be 2 for $5. Churus had a sign they were $31.99 but rung up $49.99. After 8pm they do not have any one working that can fix these issues and force you to come back to the store.Business Response

On 3-12-25, 5-2-25 and 5-24-25 I received an unrequested substituted item on a delivery order [5-2], was charged regular prices for 4 on-sale items and an unrequested substituted item on a delivery order [5-24], and defective items on an in-store pharmacy order [3-12].The defective items were medical items [injection "pens"]. I was unable to take my medication.I have repeatedly tried to communicate with Meijer on these issues with the Meijer *************** reporting system, only to be ignored again and again! Several times I have reported these issues without any reply from Meijer! 6/27/2025 went in to buy beer they refused to take my return cans in exchange for more beer said they have no room for return cans. it' s a law if they sell and charge u deposit they must take return cans.Business Response

On 6/12/25 we shopped at the grocery store and wrote a check to pay for $315.00. On 6/16/25 an image of the check was presented to our bank and paid. Then on 6/18/25 the actual check was presented to our bank and it paid again. Upon calling the store the 1st and 2nd time, we were not able to speak with anyone that cared or had the ability to do anything about it. The first ****** we spoke to blamed it on our bank. Our bank told us what actually happened with the check being presented and paid twice. It is not the banks fault. We were supposed to get a call back from a manager, but nothing yet. This is $315 of our money they have and don't care! It seems we need to take further action and we will. How many times does this happen and people do not catch it? Our son purchased a $50 gift card from Meijer for ***************** in ********, ** 4 days ago on 6/15/25. We tried to use it on 6/19/25. Darkhorse would not accept it, claiming that it was outdated and they've been trying to get Meijer to remove it from their shelves since March of 2025. Neither Meijer nor darkhorse will give us any credit for the $50 spent on this gift card 4 days ago.Business Response

On 6/8/2025 (Sunday) I placed a pickup order on the app to pickup in between 1-2pm for the same day-at around 3:30 that day-the pickup still wasnt ready- I contacted customer service and they said that the cancel was still pending. I submitted a complaint online 6/13 (attached below) it is now 6/14 (Saturday) the temporary hold of ***** is still listed as a pending transaction and the order is still showing as cancellation pending. I want the hold to be removed from my card as I never received my merchandise.Business Response

On June 09, 2025 I received a bank notification that I spent $25.43 at my local Meijer. Except I never went to Meijer that day. In fact I never left my house. Someone at Meijer used my card information and made a fraudulent purchase for the amount above. I immediately locked my card, called my bank and made a dispute about the fraudulent charge. I never authorized this purchase and I still have my bank card in my possession. Calling Meijer to report the situation did absolutely nothing. There was no help whatsoever nor any report taken.
