      They cut a huge hole in my bedroom wall for nothing and put something in front of it to hide it. Manager won't call i paid ****** for this. They won't acknowledge me or even fix

      I would give them ZERO STARS! We needed a new electrical panel and brakers $10,577. I asked for an itemized invoice, so they called and said they had found some discrepancies and took $1,000. off the bill. And the invoice they sent still did not list what $10,134. was being spent on. I called our local electrician; he quoted almost the same amount with an added 20kw Kohler generator. I don't know how they have an A rating. I will never call them again!

      Can I give zero stars? I called the company to receive a mechanical inspection because I am opening a daycare and this is the final thing I needed to complete. They told me that it would be $79 and I secured an appointment with them. On the day of my appointment, they alleged that their vehicle could not make it up my road. I was suprised because my little Chevy Malibu had just made it up the road, but I rescheduled with them anyway. A week later and a half hour before my rescheduled appointment, they called and changed the price. $79 just to come out and $100 for the inspections. I find this to be very unprofessional. They did claim that I needed additional services than what I was first quoted, but that was their mistake and still doesn't negate the fact that it was first $79 for the inspection and then it was $79 just to come to my house.

      They quoted my father 6000 to fix a kitchen sink draining into his basement. They told him they had to drill through his foundation and connect it directly to the septic tank. That's a ridiculous solution to a simple problem. They sent 3 people to his house that just connected his sink to another pipe with PVC and said he still had to pay 6000 because they showed up. I've been calling them daily for a month to get a refund for the overcharge and they are ignoring me a refusing to call back. They are scamming old people. My Dad is a disabled veteran and deserves better than that. We're going to get a lawyer.

       contacted service professor for a sewage back up. After an evaluation it was determine that I would need a new lining resulting in a $15,000 expense. I paided the $15,000. since the service provided by service professor, I had three sewage backups. Each sewer back up has caused tremendous damage to my property. A technician showed up instantly said that I needed a back valve release. The technician determined that I needed this release valve costing $5000 before he even looked at the clog issue or before the toilet was removed. I know service professor has a history of being in a business to sell you products and services that you don’t need. The technician did remove the toilet and tried to clear the drain after four hours of unsuccessfully clearing the drain he left, no confirmation was given that someone will come with a camera or come back tomorrow. I asked for a supervisor‘s name and phone number so I can give them a call the following day to follow up on what the next steps are. The technician refused to give me the supervisor‘s number but did give me his name and say that he will call me and I have not received a call from the supervisor.. Hence I been without the use of water due the back up. I have not showered cooked or flushed the toilet because of the back up. I live in a house with my wife and 2 little girls who can’t use the bathroom in there own home. So that tells me that appointment was never set up, although I wanted something set up and took the day off work. Please be careful when using this company they will sell your products you don’t need and will not show up. The technician complained about the company that he worked for and said he got tired of playing and in **** very unprofessional. Please be careful when using this company.

      This company recently replaced heat tape on my water pipes on my manufactured home ,the cost was $1687.75 ...a charge of $ 555.00 was accessed for difficult access crawl space ... I asked gor a detailed invoice of what I was charged for labor and parts ...the invoice they provided me with still doest show details of cost of parts and cost of labor and how many hours of labor I was charged for ...I feel like they price gouged me for the work they performed....the $555.00 charge for " difficult access " in my opinion should be part of the labor ...this job was performed by to men and was completed in 2 hours ...what I'm looking for is a breakdown of what I was charged for 50' of heat tape ,50' of pipe wrap and what I was charged for 4 man hours of labor

      There service Technician came out to diagnose my malfunctioning furnace and said he would have to red tag my furnace because the heat exchanger was cracked, I could no longer use it. after the furnace was removed so they could install the new one I took it apart to check for cracks I found none. however, in the process I found a dead bird in the combustion air pipe that was causing the malfunction a simple fix remove bird, and it would have been fine. instead, it cost me $6500 for a furnace I really did not need. I Contacted the service manager who gave me nothing but grief. I will not do any new business with them.

      I will never call them again. They quoted me $1600 for a small leak in pipe and to change water pipes under sink. After work complete changed to $1871. Be aware of signing on the computer . get paper estimate. The price was changed to look like we signed for that much. Spoke with another plumber and they said we Was over charged $1000 . took advantage of old people. Speaking with neighbors : they were also quote them very high prices.

      Requested plumbing repair for two faucets - one for low pressure and one for water leaking under the sink. Did not fix anything, and actually made one faucet worse. Spent most of the 2 hours looking at other things and writing estimates I didn't ask for. Later emailed me 3 different estimates - all complete replacements; no repairs. All over $4000. They should change their name to The Replacement Solicitors. I will never call them again. Complete waste of time.

      We needed an electrical switch reconfigured. Called Service Professor they explained $80 trip charge and servicer would review charge and requirements. Was thrilled that an appointment would be available next day. Received a phone call confirming we were available, and the servicer would be arriving in less than an hour. A video showing the servicer introducing himself was received. He arrived put booties on his feet so no marks would be left behind. Examined the job, gave us a price. in less than an hour he completed the work installed new wiring, switches and faceplate. job was $267 ($83 less than what we were quoted by a different service). Everything was now functioning. Asked if we had any other issues. We paid via CC very pleased with the visit.
