      Service Professor installed an electric vehicle port and we were happy with the service and they returned to inspect our furnace as part of their maintenance program. They "red tagged" it and shut it off saying it was so unsafe they could not ethically allow it to remain on. They told us that it would cost almost two thousand dollars to fix it and they would be back in a couple days to discuss it. I contacted our usual furnace people Neibor Heating and Cooling and they reviewed the email estimate Service Professor gave us and said that the furnace was under warranty (which Service Professor should have known because they are also a Carrier Furnace seller) and that the work would only cost $450.0. I had Neibor order the parts and they came the next day to work on the furnace. They charged us only $250 and didn't even find the things wrong with it that Service Professor claimed. I wouldn't trust Service Professor with anything. Now I fear we got ripped off when he had them install that car charging port. BEWARE

      From discovering the major problem with my old furnace, to installing my new furnace and air conditioner, they did an excellent job. I have used the Service Professor for many years. Thank you again for the professional service. Also thank you for explaining the different financing options.

      I had appt. to shake out drains and sewer pipes for the special for $ *****. I was told he could not do my pipes. ok when he was leaving he was writing out a payment I owed for $79.99. no wear was I told about service charge. I have contacted them X2and never heard back with answer. WHY CAN'T I GET A ANSWER!!
