    On 12/02/24, I purchased the following item from the Inspire Me! Home Decor website:14 Silver Modern Handle Round Marble Tray X 1 for $***** USD At that time, I received an email with the following confirmation information :Dear ******** *******,Thank you for your recent order with us!We are currently processing your shipment, which will take approximately 3-7 ******** are receiving this email because of an order you placed with us. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please dont hesitate to reply directly to this email: *************************** Order Number: #***** Transaction ID: ****************** Order Date: Monday 2nd December 2024, (PST),Total: ***** USD To date, I have not received the item I purchased, nor have I received a response from the company regarding my purchase. I was not able to find a telephone number for this company. I am concerned that my purchase was a scam. I just want the item I purchased or a full refund.

    I placed an order no the first one with them and I get wrong items and damages . Emails and texts them several times and always something different but I dont get my items correctly and answers either . Since I paid with a system they keep charging and still have some balance but I dont have my order fixed . Please help . Thank you very much.

    We have been in touch with our customer since she reached out to us informing us about the issue. We value our customer's satisfaction and work hard to make sure our customers are always happy. The replacement she was waiting for was shipped out the day after we received her email informing us that she still needed those replacements. We emailed the customer the tracking number the day her replacement was shipped. Unfortunately we do not have control over how long it takes shipping carriers to deliver orders. Per the image provided in this email, the replacement was delivered on August 17, a day after our customer mentioned to the ******************** that it had not been received yet. Which we are assuming is why she submitted that response. Also, per the attachment provided, we responded back to our customer the next day with the tracking number for her replacement order that went out the day after we were informed she still needed her replacement for these items. That tracking number provides constant updates on when the order will be delivered.  We are reaching out to our customer this morning again to see if there is anything else she needs from us at this point.
