    First of all, if you do not care when you receive or how well the customer service is move on. Their website is falsely promoting "fast and reliable shipments" (FALSE)! Nothing is fast or reliable. I spent a significant amount of money on Christmas presents from their site over a month ago and here I sit on Christmas still waiting for them to ship my packages. When reached out to customer service they gave me the run around about it being shipped out that week... well I waited that week and WOW no shipment. They send me another email after I inquired and they are telling me it's in processing and will be shipped out this week again. Sounds like a scam?? Possibly. You only get one customer service person - GABE -- with no phone number or any other way to reach anyone else.
