  Awful company I called like 3 weeks ago and told them the court needed a satisfactory letter sent to them that our account was settled back on April 16, 2021. We didn’t even know about this until we are now trying to close on a house. I’ve called several times and they said to call back in 10 business days so I did on April 10, 2023 and they said they were still working on it and said to call in a couple of days so I called again today April 12, 2023 and the lady claims she sent the lawyer an email now to try and get it faster. I told them we we’re trying to close on a house next week. We can’t do this until they take care of this with the court. I also told them that our two youngest kids are special needs adults and we can’t be out in the street with them. I’ve been so upset and crying from the stress. Both my husband and I have high blood pressure and other health problems and they are and have just continued to add more stress, seriously this should not be such a long drawn out issue. I gave them the court fax number too. Please God help.

  A joke! Offered a settlement and they refused to take it. God will handle the situation though. I pray he has mercy on the lady we talked to. Because she showed no mercy to us. They dont want to help. They are vultures. They dont care about anyones situation. God has this one!

  They are bogus, garnishment of my wages for a measly $800 for a 5 year old credit card debt, they said they sent papers to me of the judgement, never received anything, then did NOT offer any type of payment plan, just told me I had to send payment in full to get the garnishment off, lady was not a lot of help at all. These people are a joke

  I paid off my debt and now they are dragging their feet to release the lien they have on my property, I called three times, first time said it was already processed, second time(two days later) they say they will process it today and third time they say it might be 30 days! They have had their money for over a week at this point! Very awful place to deal with, and they repeat everything ten times regardless of whether you have already talked to them. Just awful!

  So I work in the title field so I deal with collection companies on a daily basis and this one was literally the worst I have ever encountered. Trying to get a payoff took 3 weeks. They kept coming up with a different excuse every time I called. Then when I requested to speak to a supervisor they would send me back to the automated system. For a lawyers office that is trying to collect a debt they sure don't make it easy to get a payoff to pay said debt. I had two refinances fall through because of their inability to get the p[ayoffs out in a timely manner, which means those debts are not paid and could have been.

  I had set up a payment plan with them back in March that worked with my income. Months go by and I have not missed a single payment toward them. Just now I recieved a letter in the mail saying they are going to garnish my state tax return. What a bunch of slime *****. I'm paying this back with what works with my income, you won't get it any faster. Enjoy the $3 you are going to get from my returns because I never recieve anything in my line of work. Scummy practice, you should be ashamed.
