William at Got 'Em Wasp & Hornet Removal is not only very responsive to my messages, very knowledgeable about pest control, and an excellent communicator, he's also INCREDIBLY friendly. We use this company for our pest control (mostly the flying, biting, stinging variety) and would recommend them to anyone in need of those services. It's rare that you come across a company that charges a very reasonable price that provides this level of service. I'm very happy with Got 'Em Wasp & Hornet Removal.

Very professional and knowledgeable about treating our yard for pests. There isn't a long wait time between the time your property is treated and when you can use the space again. Which for us is great because we have 2 very active dogs. Our house is on a lot slightly smaller than a quarter acre and they had the whole area treated in about 10 minutes. Very friendly and they take care of more pest problems than just wasps and hornets.Got'em Wasp and Hornet Removal LLC

Professional, well mannered, easy going, and no pressure sales. William came within hours after my call. Took care of nest on my house. It was getting larger (of course), I had concussion, and did not feel up to eradicating nest myself. He went above and beyond. Had William back to do another nest that I had not noticed all summer, by bay window. For 5 days I vacuumed out yellow jackets, and dusted that 5th day. Now they were in a bedroom. Apparently they were driven away by the dust I applied. Needless to say, absolutely beside myself. William was over after finishing previous jobs, and told me I had done pretty much what he would have done. There was no charge. William did take time to add extra "puffs" into areas which I had not. Called Got’em to deal with some carpenter bees, and a couple of wasp nests. I concur with the review left by Kris B. Key words: honest, reliable, effective. Prices are very reasonable, and all of my questions were clearly and thoroughly answered. You don’t often see this level of customer service and professionalism. I met Got'em Wasp and Hornet in the summer 2022 due to a bee's nest in my siding. They eliminated them in one visit. While onsite, we discussed a chipmunk problem in the yard and they thoroughly explained the use of a bait system which is working very well. We are very pleased with the expertise, knowledge, and friendliness of owners, ******* and ****. They have excellent customer service and communicate in detail everything they are doing and let us know when they will be onsite to check the monthly bait system.
