    We attended the 2023 Grand Rapids MI Remodeling and New Homes Show. At the show, we connected with Bailey M of Matheison Home Remodeling. From our contact, he came to our home a few weeks later and gave us ideas and quotes for flooring and a potential bathroom remodel. His quotes were reasonable, and as we weren't quite ready to make any decisions at the time, he took a small down payment to hold the flooring quote. He asked for $800, but we only gave him $200. Of course, now we cannot get in touch with him, and we are reading very poor reviews on the BBB about Bailey and Matheison Home Remodeling. He was also at the 2023 Grand Rapids MI Home and Garden Show. Fortunately, we only lost $200, but definitely want to warn others not to deal with Bailey M in any way. I gave a one star review, but he should not get any stars and should be banned from all home shows.
