    My order of 18 shirts was placed 12/2/2024. It was never communicated that the order shipped, and no status update was given. After 3 weeks, I reached out to the company by email, but they didnt respond until several days later, once the order was delivered. There was one top missing from my order: Im Not Bossy - Premium Rocker - Flowy (District Brand) - XL. While I reached out via email again, I have major doubts that the company will respond and provide the missing item.

    I placed an order with this company in October for several tank tops. When the items arrived, they were too small so I emailed the company asking how to process a return and refund. I was told to mail the items back at my own cost and email them the tracking number. Once I sent them that information, they would process the refund. I followed the steps, returned the items, got confirmation they were delivered back to the address I was told to send them to, but almost 3 months later I still dont have a refund. Ive reached out multiple times via email with zero reply. They have no phone number. They will not respond to my messages on social media. I just want my money back since now I have no shirts and they still have my $135.

    I purchased 3 workout shirts. When I received them I was not happy with quality of them. The Only contact information for them is an Email. I have Emailed them 4x and never received a reply. I am beyond frustrated.

    On 11/23/2024 I placed an order with Fitness ****** for 4 hoodies. 2 medium and 2 large hoodies. On 12/3/2024 I sent an email to cs@ ******************************* requesting information on how to exchange the two medium hoodies for two extra large hoodies. Every day I send the same email. Never a reply. I tried contacting them through ******** and an auto generated reply was sent that they only communicate via email. I have sent 5 emails for 5 days and never got any replies. This is a Christmas gift - and the two medium Hoodies dont fit. I need to exchange those for two XL Hoodies.

    I placed an order with this company on 10/20/2024 for 10 of their tank tops. Subtotal + tax + shipping totaled $127.40. When I received the order on 10/28/2024, they had sent all the wrong sizes. I reached out to them via email three times asking them to replace the tank tops, as I was also willing to send the wrong sizes back. To date they have not responded to any emails, have not refunded my money, have not given me a credit, and have not replaced the incorrect items

    I have loved all of the shirts I have bought in the past. However- my last order went wrong. I ordered my normal size in the rocker tank, 2 items, and all appeared ok when I opened them. I washed them before wearing. When I put one on to wear I saw that it did not fit correctly and the fabric was much thinner. I contacted dated company via email on 10/4/24 and asked about the difference in material and sizing. I followed up again on 10/9/24 because I was not contacted. On 10/9/24 they replied and stated: I am sorry to hear you feel that way. We have changed manufacturers for our rocker tanks so sizing is slightly different. We'd be happy to exchange/refund any unworn/unwashed shirts within 30 days of your order date. You can start the process here. You will need the order number and email address which I've included below. I replied on 10/9/24 and stated: To clarify- you will NOT allow me to return or exchange these shirts because they were washed even though the size/fit was changed? I have not received any response since then. Yesterday, 10/29/24, they sent an advertising email to everyone explaining the issue with the new vendor, sizing and material., and it sounds like there were many complaints. YET... they would not let me return the ones I ordered that were poor material and sizing. Very poor customer service with this order.

    I placed an order with Fitness ****** on 1 Oct 2024 and received it 4 Oct 2024. The shirts were to snug for my liking so I emailed the company on 7 Oct to see about an exchange for size medium. They emailed me the same day and explained what I had to do in order to get an exchange. I was told I would have to pay for return shipping which I was okay with doing. I went to **** and shipped the shirts back to the company and saw they received them, so I emailed them on 15 Oct 2024 and asked when they would be able to send me the medium sized shirts to me. They never replied back so I emailed again on 17, 21, 24 October 2024. I do not want an exchange anymore, I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!

    My refund option is horrible. I have to pay $5 twice for shipping to return a shirt that was the wrong size. It was there fault the wrong size was sent. They sent XL and I ordered a M.

    Order #****** I returned one of the items with their return information and tracking shows item received 1/27. I have sent at least 15 emails and there is no other contact information on the website. I have not received my refund or a response to any of the emails. I have always been happy with my orders there but I have never had such a ridiculous time trying to return an item. The item needing a refund was only $27.50.

    I purchased a set of Rocker tanks (7 pack) on 11/24/23. I received the items on 12/7/23. When I opened the package I noticed that there was visible square on the neck line. I took photos of the tanks in which it was not visible when placed on the floor. I wore each tank that had the visible square and took a photo of it. Four of the tanks had the square on it. I went on the Fitness ****** website to do a return and the only way to contact them is through email. There is no phone number and messages sent on messenger directs you to send an email. I emailed to send a return and I received a response on 12/12/23 stating another email will be sent to me with instructions. I never heard from them again. I emailed them over and over and no response.On 1/18/24, I received an email stating that a store credit was issued to me which was confusing because they never allowed me the opportunity to send my purchase back. I emailed them again informing them I want a refund and to return my items. The code they sent me for the store credit is also invalid.Fitness ****** scams their customers into buying their items and not allowing them to return it. If you look at their ******** page, many people have trouble returning items because they do not reply. It clearly states on their website on how to return an item, yet they avoid it all together by not responding to return requests.
