11/11 I Placed an order for 2 tank tops from Fitness ****** totaling $55.36 11/20 - Order # ****** was delivered to me via **** 11/25 I requested to return the items due to the tank tops poor fit, return request was submitted. Fit ****** provided me with an RMA number of RMA2519492. The email reads:"Your return request RMA2519492 for order #****** has been submitted successfully.We will send another email with further instructions as soon as we review your request.Need help? Do not reply to this email. Please contact FitnessTeeCo customer support at *************************************************************************************************************"11/27, 11/28,11/29, 11/30, 12/2- I contacted Fit Tee via email to provide me with an address to send the return to. They never responded!12/2 - I returned the 2 tank tops to the address they were sent from at a cost of $13.62.12/2 - filed a dispute because I still have not heard a word from Fit ****** and I have not received a refund.1/15, 1/16, 1/17, 1/18, 1/20 - since my dispute was denied, I again contacted Fit ****** asking when I can expect a refund as I have returned the items. I ordered a hoodie from this company and when I received it, it was not the same as portrayed on their website. The color of the actual hoodie was a completely different color and the writing on it was different as well. I reached out to customer service to explain that what I received was not what they presented, but they refuse to respond back. I also received an email to rate the item I received, so I wrote an honest review and submitted it. Well now the hoodie is no longer on their website and my review was deleted. The order was for a seafoam hoodie and they sent a powder blue. I emailed them numerous times and they have yet to respond. There is no phone number to call them. I either would like this sweatshirt sent on the color as advertised or a refund please.Initial Complaint

Order was placed on line on Dec. 17, 2023 for 4 shirts. Sweat your Story is the wrong shirt. The deal was buy one get one free. 3 of the shirts were correct and the 4th was incorrect. Notified the company immediately, by email, of the mistake that was made on 12/26/2023. Received an automated response from them on 12/26/2023 saying they received my email and that someone would be back in touch within ***** hours. No response. Again I contacted them on 12/29/2023 stating again of the issue and hoped that the delay was because of the holidays and to please contact me as soon as the holidays were over. On 01/03/2024, I contacted them again, by email, asking if someone from their company would please help me with this issue. No response. On 01/08/2024 I found a phone number on my credit card for the purchase, called the number, no response. I also filled out their return info to see if I could get an exchange for the shirt I was sent for the one I had ordered. Received another automated response that someone would be back in touch with me in ***** hours. No response. I then sent the company an email on the 8th stating I would never purchase from their company again for their lack of trying to take care of this issue. On 9/29/23 I made a purchase for $89.78 (Order #******) which included 5 shirts. I received the package on 10/10/23 and promptly tried on everything. Three of the 5 shirts (being of the same cut) were much larger than the other two cuts, even though the size chart is the same on their website. I immediately put in a return/exchange request online as the company doesnt offer refunds. I received an email on 10/10/23 that my return request (RMA2233839) has been submitted successfully. I also received an email on 10/11/23, signed by ******* stating that they had approved my return/exchange. I mailed the package off on 10/16 (tracking #1zw001a70345238824) with a delivery on 10/18 which was signed for by *****. On 11/8/23 I emailed as I had not heard anything from the company, nor had I received the exchanged shirts. I received no answer. I again emailed on 11/17/23 advising I would like a response as it had been a month since the package was delivered to them. Again, no response from the company and no product delivery. I attempted a third time by email on 11/29/23 to get information on this exchange and still to date I have received no answer, nor merchandise. I also sent the third email again today on accident as I was trying to get the documentation for this complaint. On 11/11/23 I purchased 2 shirts for $40.13. I received the order on 11/17/23. The package was addressed correctly, Upon opening the package I found someone elses order form and products including 4 shirts of different sizing and completely different designs then what was ordered. I sent an email to their contact that was listed on 11/17 stating the problem including pictures of what was received. Was told by an automated response that I would hear back within 48 hours. I also sent emails on 11/21 and 11/28, have also sent messages via their social media like instagram. I have zero contact from the business or attempt to resolve the issue. This company has been operating while under a cease and decist sent from the attorney general's office. (see news outlets) My spouse used to be employed there. Since leaving the company years ago, she has gotten multiple calls every day since from collectors, angry customers, and lenders looking for the owner. We consider this harassment considering the owner has taken no steps to remove my wife's number (the only number listed for the company on *******
