      I had my vehicle repaired at the ******* va location and soon after the sensor they installed started having issues i went back in to have the sensor repaired ot replaced and the shop had closed down no info given to customers that where promised a lifetime warranty.

      We apologize for the inconvenience of this issue occurring after we have closed the location where you originally brought your vehicle.While we cannot address this concern at our physical facility, we have scheduled a technician to scan your vehicle and determine the cause appropriate course of action to fix the sensor. We will continue to be in contact with you to coordinate the scan and resolve the matter.

      I brought my 2018 Ram truck to have insurance work completed. Maaco was doing some additional work as well that I was paying for out of my own pocket. I received an estimate and they went ahead and worked on the vehicle. They had my truck since mid December and I went to pick it up on January 11. Upon seeing the truck, the body work was not completed. The dents and scratches were still very visible and there were paint runs on various parts of the truck. They painted over dirt and did not even replace the parts that were supposed to be replaced. The desk worker told me the parts were still in the back of the shop. The wheel wells had paint everywhere. To top it off, the truck was painted the wrong color. I advised them multiple times not to take information off the side door because it was replaced from a junkyard. The bill was nearly $5,000.00 and it looks like someone painted it with a brush by hand. The Maaco employees were ashamed of the work and said to give them a week to try and fix it. I will be without my truck for at least another week and fear the situation will only get worse.

      Mr.  ****  is correct  on   not  all  the  work  getting done on the vehicle,  but  we took  care of  it right away.  As for the paint, Mr. ****   kept calling  and telling me   that  he  had  a  "  special" color from  the factory,   which  is not true. His paint  code is PXR which  we  have sprayed out on a sample   to show him. We have attempted   to  contact  him  to   have  him ok the color.  No  response from Mr.  ****,   nor   any  call back.  I will not  paint this vehicle  until I  get the  ok  from  him  on the color the  truck  is supposed   to   be. I  have  contacted numerous   dealerships to get the correct paint  code, which  is PXR. If you have any questions,  please  feel  free  to  contact me at  330-497-3355. Thank you!
