      Horrible service! I would NEVER utilize this business ever again! I took my car there to get a complete paint job, the paint job appears to be excellent (I give credit to the painter) but the customer service upon pick up of my vehicle is one of the worst that I have experienced in many, many years anywhere. First, I was be charged almost $200 more than the original estimate I was initially given. The people at the service desk was extremely rude when I began to question the increase cost. After completing the transaction and paying for the service, I said have a great day and NO ONE at the serve desk cared to respond.

      After looking over some of the current reviews about stonewall collision I concur whole heartedly about there service practice. This place is no longer Maaco Auto body. They were bought out by stonewall an the quality of service representation is horrific now they they have some new employees. Took my car in to get an estimate on some touch up paint work I wanted to have done. Julie did the estimate. Advised her I'd be back within a week or two. Once I returned I asked for Jason who gave such excellent service on another vehicle that I had some work done on when they were were Maaco Auto body. A guy by the name of tim said he was no longer there. Said he fired him an began bad mouthing him something terrible. I asked who he was an said he's the new manager. This guy was horrible. He lacked professional customer service skills, definitely is not a people oriented person, tried speaking down to me in a very condescending manner after I explained to him per the estimate I was given by julie the guy rudely cut me off. By then I knew that this was someone I did not want to further discuss the nature of my visit and asked him to have Julie contact me. Of course he had some negative things to say about her including her being chewed out by the new ownership an almost lost her job. His attitude, demeanor, tone, plus the lack of professionalism left a very bad taste in my mouth. I would definitely not recommend this place if you expect to be treated with dignity an respect. End result I took my business elsewhere. I am 100% sure that stonewall collision would not be happy with this guy if they new how he acted towards a certain class of people.

      Horrible services general manager is very rude so is Eric the employee very un organized ran very poorly they took my car had for 3 weeks just to tell me they cant service it

      Oh NO don't get MAACO!!! ZERO stars...This is what a $1,200 lower trim paint job looks like...INSIDE of my car DAMAGED all around! This paint will not come off my interior or door trim but they said they will remove it completely. This is the worst experience I have had with any business in my life...I've been SCAMMED!!! They've done $1200 worth of damage to my vehicle primer spray all inside the car interior and even paint on my tire...not to mention they've had it for 8 days and now need 3 more days to fix damages.
