    On June 30, 2022, I purchased a remanufatured engine from Accurate Engines. The engine was shipped to the repair facility to be installed. It was the wrong engine. In trying to get this resolved I had great difficulty getting anyone on the phone or to respond to me by email. No one would answer the phone or return my messages. I spoke with *****, the owner, and he indicated to me he would resolve the issue. He said ***** handles all the customer service issues. *****'s phone number on their website is disconnected. Finally they said to ship their engine back along with my old engine and they would rebuild my old engine and ship it back to me, that was two weeks ago. They have my old engine and no one will call me or answer my email as to the status of my old engine. I have emailed ***** and asked him to refund back to me $2,584. Also, asked him to send my old engine back to me. I paid Accuate Engines $89.00 for an extended service contract and I've asked them to issue a check for a refund.Al this time my truck has been taking up a service bay at the repair shop. This is not a way to do business with a customer.
