    I purchased a steel shed from Midwest steel a couple years ago, in june i had a tree branch fall and do some damage to the building. I contacted them to get a quote going to repair it and was told someone would stop out to get that going. No one ever showed, i called again and was told there was no record of my previous call. They again said someone would stop out. After a couple weeks I called again and finally the install crew stopped out to take a look and said I would get a call from the office with a quote in a couple days, never got a call back. I tried calling, emailing, sending a message through their website. Never got a response. I left a 1 star ****** review and they said on there to call and gave me a number and extension so i called that and left a message and never got a call back. I still am in need of the repair work and have started to attempt some of the repairs myself so I have now incurred some cost but really need the repairs done by a professional since my insurance company has paid me out for the repairs and i need to show them that reapirs are done.

    I contacted the company about having a building built. I assumed that it was for a building that kept water out otherwise why would I have paid ********* for a leaky building but they didn't give me the option for a seal between the metal and the concrete so I assumed it was included. They didn't give me an option on alot of things that I see on the website like insulation and heavier metal. I would have wanted both of those. Now i have to spend thousands more to insulate it. I work in the trades and whenever you are putting a wall on concrete you put something in between it to seal it but they didn't do that and it wasn't sealed. they told me I had to caulk around the outside so I did that and that didn't work. So now they are charging me more money to come out and do some kind of flashing on The bottom hoping that it will fix it. That was a couple weeks ago and havent heard anything since. So now i dont know what to do. I withheld the final payment and told them they aren't getting it until it is fixed. If I would have known that the company was so hard to deal with and so un organized. I would have had another company build it right. the pictures I included were after a 1 day of drying out if I am spending this much money I feel like I should be able to get the building I want

    I am rejecting this response because: I am having to paying for the businesses issues and to fix it and they keep asking about the rest of the money and they haven't earned it. It should have been done right the first time I talked to a contractor  and he asked (what kind of Half a** business I hired to build the building.) If you aren't going to offer options don't have them on your website I asked about insulation when I ordered the building and they said they didn't do it .but after I looked on their website and it says they offer batt insulation. So now instead of doing it before the metal was put on like it should have been I am trying to insulate it from the inside. I can't believe this is how an accredited business conducts themselves

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Sincerely, they aren't doing anything more to resolve the issue they want me to change my reviews so they say good things and if I do that they said they will give me a discount. They still keep wondering when they are getting  paid.but other than that my buddies kid could have cut the metal straighter for their (fix) in the spring I am probably going to have to hire someone to take the metal off and do it right and make it how I want it or I will have to try to do it myself. I just want to be done with this I know I got screwed I should  have  just ordered a building  and had some buddies help me put it together ****** learned. Don't use bbb accredited businesses. For anything  cause the service has been awesome  lol. I have showed pictures to contractors and the concensus is I got ******. I was excited to build my dream building and it has turned into the biggest disappointment. And is going to be a giant money pit
