Picked my snowblower up for service as the wheels wouldn't move. This was January 2023, I called each month after that and was told the parts were on order. This happened until July 2024. In July the manager called for payment and to drop the snowblower off and I told them they'd have to wait a few weeks since I had to wait 6 months for it to be fixed. She did not like that and hassled me daily with calls about payment. I paid for a plow all winter long which was over $500 which could have paid for the repairs on the snowblower. Went to use my snowblower for the first time yesterday (Dec 3 2024) and my tire chains were gone and only one of the wheels were turning so it was not fixed or tested correctly. I called 3 times and someone was supposed to call me back and they didn't. I called again this morning and they transferred me to the manager and she said she would need $500 to even look at it because of the late payment. I told her it wasn't ridiculous that it wasn't fixed after 6 months and that I called monthly for updates and got the run around and she called me a liar and hung up on me. I then went into the local store to speak with the service manager and she refused to speak to me and wouldn't listen to anything I said. She told me to leave and refused service. I want my money back and all the money I had to pay for a plow. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

I would like to say that ******* complaint is completely false. ***** had her equipment picked up by us and brought in for repair in 2024 not 2023. We estimated he repair, called with estimate. The estimate was approved. We then ordered parts. Unfortunately some of the parts went on a long backorder, which is out of our control. We do not manufacture the parts. Once all the parts arrived we finished the repair. I called for payment to deliver the unit back. ***** told me she was on a boat and didn't have a credit card and would call back once she had a card. I called multiple times trying to get payment. Finally I reached her husband and he asked to make payments over time. I agreed to weekly payments. It took almost 2 months to collect the money for the bill so we could return the unit. We returned the unit. On Dec. 4th 2024 ***** called our Grawn location and was very angry and demanding to have us fix her unit and pick it up. I had my staff transfer her to me in our ******** store. I told her that I would pickup her unit and look at it once she put a $500.00 deposit down due to the fact it took so long to pay last time. She started to rage, scream, yell and curse me out on the phone so I hung up. The next thing I know my staff in ***** is calling me because ***** showed up at my Grawn store and demanded to speak to me. My male employee told her I was in ******** and asked what she could help with. ***** started screaming at my male employee and then my female manager came up and asked her how can I help. ***** did not keep stop raging, screaming and cussing at my female manager. My female manager said you can not treat me like this and asked ***** to leave. ***** refused to leave so my female employee said ok I will call the police. When my female employee reached for the phone on our counter ***** grabbed the phone and threw it at the female employee causing damage to my employee hand and to the point where she had to go to urgent care. The female employee has nerve damage and was required to wear a brace, and restrictions for 1 week. The police came and ***** ran before the police could arrive. On her way out the door she threatened to kill my female employee and myself. The police arrived took a report and then left. Later the police called and said they located ***** and she had been arrested. With this said ***** is not truthful and she does not need to get any money back.

I, ******* ******, purchased a leaf blower on October ******* from Lark Lawn and Garden in ********* MI. I am disabled and need something that is can easily start. That was explained to them at the time of purchase. I requested for an easy start leaf blower and did not get on. My daughter in law even has a hard time starting it. I paid $339.19. My daughter in law spoke with them on November ******* and they said that it was an easy start, and they don't do returns of new items. They had to have it brought from another store because they didn't have any. The receipt clearly says returns are allowed in *************************************** special order. This leaf blower doesn't apply to either one of those. They said they can't rectify the issue. She spoke to **** approximately 10*30 am. When she called back approximately 1*30 ***** said we could bring it in and have it looked at, but they will no do anything as far as a return. We will be taking it in on December ******. I look forward to hearing from someone soon,******* ******

******* came to our store and purchased a easy start, EZ-Start Stihl hand held leaf blower model BG86CE on10-23-24. We started and ran the blower before he left and showed him how to use the blower. He said his daughter in law spoke to us on 11-30-24. This is a month after the purchase and we do not take returns on equipment, especially after a month of the customer having the unit. We explained it is an easy start and if they brought the unit in we can show them again how to start the unit. ******* stated they called on 11-30-24 and that the receipt doesn't say anything about no returns on equipment, however it had exceeded the 30 days so this is now a mute issue. He never came in on 12-2-24. Lastly today 12-16-24 he sent his daughter in law in we took the unit in and it started in two pulls. As the tech started it his daughter in law said, "Oh wow that started very easily." We then showed the daughter in law how to start the machine. I then asked her to ask ******* to retract his complaint to the BBB as there is clearly not an issue.
