  Lark ******** ******** ***** if you have to order a part. Two months so far and waiting. Guess I lost my money from this jerk. Don't bother going there

  We ordered a Husqvarna part for the customer and let him know at the time it will go on back order till July 31st 2023. He never called asking for a refund due to Husqvarna changing the back order to September. I have cancelled the order and notified the customer he can come in for his refund of the part due to it being on back order for so long. Sadly back orders are out of our control from Husqvarna.

  I bought parts from Lark and was told I did not need a receipt I presumed they had a reverse lookup with credit cards. When the parts they sold me were wrong for my machine I had to wonder how this could be since I gave them the correct part #'s , More expensive and wrong is a bad combo. Of course the parts had to be returned. One week later I returned to their shop which is 30 miles from my home. When I walked to the counter the first question was "do you have your receipt"?. I said no, he said 'we can't help you.'; I told him that he had told me it was no receipt was necessary, he turned his back on me and walked away. Rude? Obtuse? Very. Then another person meandered from somewhere in the back and said how can I help you. I explained my situation and he began to dance. (later found out this really horrible person was the owner) The dance included, "we can't look things up, we are just little guys, not like ********* "If you don't have your receipt we don't know where these parts came from":. I told him that they came from that drawer right over there, he became very agitated. He could not find the parts he had sold me and he could not ID the parts he was holding in his hand.He pretty much accused me of bringing in fake parts and he had no intention of refunding my money for his mistake. I tried to be patient, I helped by producing my CC receipt, then he was really angry. This 'owner' blew up ands told me' you are the worst son of a b**** I have ever met". Nice right. He then told me to get out of his store, and he had no intention of that refund, instead he was literally throwing me out of his store. Illegal. He threatened me with physical violence and demanded I leave his property. That foolish olds man wanted to fight with me, I wish he had, I would own his store. These are not nice people. they are slovenly and unprofessional and I would urge others to get their parts elsewhere. Save some money, reward good local people, these guys should go bankrupt.
