    The ******* and dime replacement parts. Ac blower went bad and would only cover the module side of the motor. Even though the ac company said they will have to replace both the module and motor. Waste of money.

    So far my experience with **** has not been a good one. Im a first time home buyer but I know enough to know to make sure a home warranty is included in the sale of a home, especially an older one, for obvious reasons. Im a single mom on a very strict budget, living paycheck to paycheck, so I just knew the home warranty would be a life saver when something went wrong. 6 months into home ownership my water heater started spewing water out the top like ************. Managed to get the water turned off at the street. But **** has not been helpful at all. I called to make a claim, found a contractor who would speak to them. Called back and had her call the plumber. Im guessing she explained that ALL the costs for repair or replacement wouldnt be covered. So the plumber then refused to fix it! Nobody around here will work with them! The whole purpose of a home warranty is to keep from having to get a loan to repair something!!!! I dont have that kind of money! Then my realtor forwarded an email from **** stating my home is listed as pending closing and they will cover nothing?!!! 6 mos Ive lived here and they still have me as not being closed yet?! Im asking my realtor in the morning to switch to ***** least they will pay for things and not s**** hard-working people out of their money!

As the warranty is in place to assist with the cost of repairing or replacing specific items that fail from normal wear and tear, and we do not keep contractors on staff, it is necessary for us to speak with the licensed contractor you hire, in order to obtain a diagnoses and estimate; this allows us to ensure the item that has failed is a covered item and determine coverage. It is important to understand that because the contractor does not work for us, they are not obligated to accept payment from us. While you may have to pay for repairs or replacement up front, you can be assured that reimbursement is FAST. We even offer ACH direct deposit: https://bit.ly/3iGvr0X Upon review of your contract, I see three claims, none of which we have been able to speak with your contractor; therefore, we have not been able to move forward with these claims.
