      We the Consumers need a Class action lawsuit against CertainTeed!! After reading reviews this Company is horrific!! They already have Class Action suits for their shingles!! Despicable company!!

      This produce is cheap subpar quality that does not withstand normal sun reflective temperatures/wear and tear. I installed CertainTeed Monogram siding in Tuxedo September 2022 and by November I have a ripple effect on 4-5 upper rows of siding. December 21, 2022 a CertainTeed rep came to my home to see the issue and blamed it on my neighbor's windows. They recommended I have my neighbor put full screens on their windows to fix the issue, which is an unacceptable solution. January 11, 2023 (3 weeks later) I am now seeing new bubbles on a lower row above my basement window that has a plastic window well cover. I am not sure if now the sun is bouncing off that?? I called back the rep to let him know about the new bubbles and that the screens on my neighbor's house is not a solution and he let me know a field supervisor would come check it out. He did show up today, only to confirm the windows are doing it, did not address the ones by the window well, and let me know he will get back to me in 2 weeks to see if there is another resolution, but was very clear he didn't see one except to add full screens to my neighbor's windows. I NEVER had this problem with the siding I replaced which shows this is a product quality issue. I spent thousands to upgrade/update my siding and instead of being excited about my homes new look I am full of regret.

      I received notification about the Comment from the Business on 2/1 and supposed to call by 1/30? In regards to my claim, i have been in contact with a field supervisor who let me know right now the only resolution is to settle the cost of labor and material for the affected wall, but did not provide how much that settlement would be for so that is unhelpful. Also, that is not a resolution, i will still have distorted siding. I cant use that "settlement" to put the same subpar material up or it will distort/ripple again. If i use that money to replace the material with better quality, i still have to come out of pocket to re-replace the other 2 sides of the siding not to mention lose what i paid for your material on other 2 sides of siding. So the resolution of the settlement of an unknow amount is just as subpar as the product you make. I still would be stuck with distorted siding, have mismatched material on one side, or be at such a loss by replacing ALL the siding on the house so it looks nice, which was the point of this project. Regardless, based on your subpar product and resolution offered to me, I the consumer am still at a loss after investing in "upgrading" my siding.
