    Dear BBB,My name is ****** ********, and I am filing a complaint against Muffler Man of Michigan at **************************************** *************)On October 21, 2024, I brought my car in for three issues:Poor Acceleration: The car hesitated and lost power intermittently.Dashboard Warning: The "service stabilitrak" light was on, indicating traction control issues.Engine Noise: There was an unusual sound from the engine.The staff quoted me $1,205,75 for repairs, which I accepted, believing the issues would be resolved. However, when I picked up my car on October 23, I was informed that the noise might be due to the timing chain, and they could not handle this repair. This critical information was disclosed only after I had paid.Upon driving the car, I found that none of the original issues were fixed: the warning light remained, acceleration problems continued, and the engine noise persisted. This clearly indicates that the repairs were inadequate and did not address the root causes of my concerns.On October 24, I returned to discuss my dissatisfaction with the manager and requested a full refund. Unfortunately, my request was denied, as the manager stated the work was adequate.Additionally, I have serious concerns about the qualifications of the mechanic, Mr. ******* *****, who, according to the ****************************, is not licensed for the repairs performed, aside from brakes. This raises further questions about the legitimacy of their services and the safety of my vehicle.The unresolved issues have caused significant safety concerns, considerable inconvenience, and financial strain, as I now have to seek further repairs elsewhere.Given these circumstances, I request your assistance in obtaining a full refund of $1,205.75 due to the inadequate and incorrect work performed. I believe I am entitled to a refund since my car remains in the same condition for which I initially sought assistance.Thank you for your attention.

    I went to the dealer for a specific alignment service. They damaged my car by doing the installs improperly, they caused dysfunction in the car steering, the alignment was worse pulling to the right when at first it was the left, they caused a loud rattling sound.I asked them to correct what they messed up and at that point the ***** of the company short around 55 cursed me out by saying I can get the f*** out of his shop.He began to charge my credit card 4 times while I was asking him to refund the card, the owner then said to me, Im not refunding you no f****ing money.I let them know I would be calling the police because that was not right. I am a 65year old woman and this is senior abuse. He told me I dont give a f*** who you call, call the police. I left with my car worse than before and afraid for my life due to his irate yelling and cursing.

    3/14/2023 I went to get my vehicle service Which I was told it was motor mounts got my mounts fixed it was still grinding so I asked can I get my old parts to check and see what service was done then they said they threw them away after taking my money he come back with a different a Diagnostic and say they dont do that kind of work here
