      I'm not liable for this debt with Consumers credit union. I Do not have a contract with Consumers credit union. They did not provide me with the original Inked signature contract as requested.

      This company is reporting inaccurate on my credit file and they have sold my debt to a debt collector going against the **** rules and they only have two signature documents in a post to have three federal law violations 15 USC **** .

      Consumers Credit Union takes the concerns of our members very seriously and we strive for their complete satisfaction. Upon receipt of this complaint, the credit union reviewed the matter. It appears the concerns communicated to the Better Business Bureau are consistent with a current complaint received directly from the member and also consistent with a prior complaint received directly from the member. Investigations to date have determined that no error occurred on the part of the credit union.  The credit union will fully address the current complaint directly with the member.       I am unlawfully being charged an insufficient fund fee for banking errors. I had enough funds in my account on Sunday, February 12, 2023. My account is not supposed to have any courtesy fees or insufficient fund fee available due to my being on a repayment plan. After seeing I had enough funds to use my account on Sunday I was charged an insufficient fund fee of $35 for to cover a $4.79 overdraft fee that should not have ever been covered due to the restriction. This is deceptive tactics and a way to gain profit for slight overdrafts that should of been blocked in the first place.

      I am a victim of credit report double jeopardy through Consumers Credit Union. The account is with a collection agency.The original creditor under the **** laws can not report a balance, interest, nor late fees if the account has been sold to a collection agency,which Consumers Credit Union has violated,they are not complying with the laws of the fair credit act.I disputed over seven times and this company keeps giving all three credit bureaus inaccurate false information on my credit report as if my account wasnt never sold. July of 2022-August of 2022,they put an invalid charge off on my account after it was sold November of 2021.I feel they are retaliating against me and being unfair and unprofessional in accurate reporting to my file.

      Consumers Credit Union received the complaint on August 16, 2022 and promptly reviewed the borrowers file. Having done so, we can confirm that the service provider referenced in the complaint did not purchase the underlying debt and as such, both Consumers and service provider are permitted to report on this file. Consumers credit reporting, as well as that of its service provider, has been accurate. On August 17, 2022, a member of the credit unions management team reached out to T**** L*** via telephone to address the matters referenced in the complaint but has not received a response as of the date of this reply.
