    forensic fluids laboratory has given me 3 false positive tests within a 12 month period. my medication doesnt even come up on half of my tests (bupenorphine). they dont follow **** standards for the cutoff levels. this is a fraudulent company. I take an independent observed test every time I take the Quantisal mouth swabs, and my other tests are clean. I took two hair follicle tests after these alleged positives that were also clean, proving that these tests are wrong. I plan to take legal action if this happens to me again!

    I was given an oral swab test for home detection their test via forensic fluid was positive took 2 additional test and was negative! Now Im in jail and the judge is not accepting the other test

    FFL is a Federally certified Laboratory and has a CLIA certification. We have done drug testing following Federal Guidelines for many state agencies for the last 19 years.  Our test results have always been scientifically admitted in all the state courts we serve, including ****,********, *******, *************, ********, *********, and many more.  We follow all the Federal and Society of Forensic Toxicology guidelines and perform the same testing as other certified laboratories (An Immunoassay Screen followed by Liquid Chromatography Tandem Mass Spectrometry, LCMSMS).   Please have the Agency that is your provider or your Attorney contact us for further discussion.

    This lab has given me several false postive drug screens, I have stacks of proof including drug screens through other labs 20 minutes before or after ive screened with them, FFL postive. other accredited labs negative. I also have 2 hair follicle tests from 2 different labs showing 90 days history and both were negative for all drugs. thier cut off levels are extremely low which is causing false positives, the *** suggests 15ng/ml and FFLs is 3ng/ml!!!!!! the farther you deviate from suggested cutoff levels the higher the chance or false positives. i have been in contact with their manufacturer for their quantisol mouth swabs. they are also not using the correct recommended cut off levels for those specific mouth swabs... this company is tearing families apart and they dont care as long a their getting paid. something needs to be done, their not the first lab to do this also averhealth was doing the same and the state they were in ended up not using thier services anymore, i suggest ffl gets their s*** together before the loose alot of business, they have caused my family so much turmoil. i have proof where my fiances ******** didnt show up mutiple of their screens when hes prescribed 60 mg daily and takes them every single day but their tests are "100%" accurate, there is currently a petition on change.org for child welfare to stop using this company. if you have been affected by them please go sign it, FFL i know you read these and i pray you understand the hurt and trauma you are causing people. i will not stop until something is done about this.

    I had a false positive test done through ******** CPS a few months ago. Come to find out they are using illegal cut off levels when administered the results of mouth swab tests. The ******** ************ stopped using them due to this yet family court and ******** CPS removes peoples children over false positive results due to the negligence of this laboratory. I contacted the owner and she denied any involvement with the inaccuracy of the test results and told me to contact her attorney. Also mouth swab tests are not supposed to be admissible in ******** court proceedings yet they are still using them

    This lab company is not following proper procedures. They are having a contamination issue were clean drug screens are being reported as positives.A hair sample will prove this and it has happened to same donor 3 times within in 3 weeks and 3 different types of drugs. The likelihood of this is not probably. This company needs a full investigation as to what the procedures and practices are for disinfecting and calibration of their machines.

    They will not give you any information on your test results. They will not answer any questions at all. There have been multiple tests that came back to CPS in **** **** that I know for a fact were faulted or misleading. I took three tests in one week and the only one that came back positive for anything was the one through forensic fluids in ********. I went to the hospital fyi ************* and my tests were negative. Something is not right and I demand some answers. These tests are the only ones CPS are using to take my kids from me. All of my other tests are negative this is not the first time this is most likely the 6th test for me and 2 for my kids since March. Ive read reviews online and I am not the only person that has reported something like this nor will I be the last. I want my results!! I want to know what they are purposely frauding paperwork and tests. There is no way any of these tests are positive ESPECIALLY this last one done on 6-5-23 Someone help please before I contact the governor of this state or the mayor of even someone who listens. I want answers and I am **** sure I am not the only one.

    Our Laboratory customer is **** ********** of *** & Family Services (Allen County **).  We provide test results to ODJFS and it is up to them if they share these results with their Clients.  We also will send test results in response to Attorney requests or Subpoenas.  We are a certified Laboratory and our test results have always been admitted in court at hearings due to the accuracy of our work.
