    I had over 10 false positive THC oral fluid tests when fighting to get my daughter back!! OVER 10 and now with my Dr office I have another false positive test. Tell me why they are THEE only testing facility that tests for such low cutoff levels? WAAAYYY Below SHAMSA federally regulated DOT cutoff levels and even lower than private company standard cutoff levels!! They claim they are cutting edge technology but they are just corrupt frauds who do not want to see parents reunited with their children! I believe a class action lawsuit should be filed against them!

    This place is ridiculous! I called with questions they can't even talk to me about general questions unless I have somebody from the state of Michigan on the phone is a three-way call with me. I had a false positive that cost me everything in my CPS case. I did not use drugs but my test came back positive! I don't know why it was positive I have no idea I was nowhere near any drugs! I have no idea where to start to get this fixed, I'm trying to eliminate things that could have done a false positive , this is happened to other people I know to where they said the same thing that through this company all of a sudden out of the blue with their regular testing after being clean testing clean all of a sudden they just have a positive that is unexplainable through the same company something needs to be done with this. This in accuracy is tearing families apart

    FFL is a Federally certified Laboratory and has a CLIA certification. We have done drug testing following Federal Guidelines for many state agencies for the last 19 years.  Our test results have always been scientifically admitted in all the state courts we serve, including Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, West Virginia, Illinois, Wisconsin, and many more.  We follow all the Federal and Society of Forensic Toxicology guidelines and perform the same testing as other certified laboratories (An Immunoassay Screen followed by Liquid Chromatography Tandem Mass Spectrometry, LCMSMS).   Please have the Agency that is your provider or your Attorney contact us for further discussion.

    If I could give them no stars I would. How can you feel confident going on a trip when you may br denied boarding the airplane due to test that is not accepted. Extremely frustrating! So a warning for anyone thinking of using this company they are not at all honourable and I hope this review hurts them financially as these companies always take advantage of ordinary customers.

    We are sorry to hear about your experience. Our Customers are mainly State & County agencies, not private individuals. We also work with Physicians & Clinics. We do not perform any testing that would effect boarding an airline. Sorry

    Without a doubt, you know what insurance you expect. So why do you say you expect ones insurance when in reality, you don't! You sugar coat and reassure it's covered and take the individual just to get said test. Only to be billed!
