      Took my *** in to be serviced on July 12, 2023 due to it shutting off while driving and was told that it was the battery. After spending $350 for the battery and $167 labor fee went to pickup the vehicle and it did the exact same thing. Returned the vehicle on July 12 with same issue and was told that my PCM needed to be replaced. After waiting weeks for a replacement as the wrong part was ordered and having to pay out of pocket for a rental vehicle due to not being given a loaner vehicle I was over it. On August 30, 2023 after having my vehicle for over 2 months after calling, leaving messages and texting with no return calls, I told them I was coming to pickup the vehicle that day whether it was done or not. Then the part miraculously appeared at that time and they said theyd put in. After spending another $617 the following day the vehicle did the exact same thing. Needless to say my vehicle is still not working and I have spent well over $2000 in total for unnecessary services and vehicle rental fees. I would have been better off going to a back yard mechanic.
