    ORDER # ****** Date : 5/12/2023 11:48:30 AM $280.11 and ORDER # ****** Date: 5/12/2023 11:54:04 AM $203.25 As of today July 5, 2023 no merchandise has been received, we contacted them back in June 09, 2023 at 3:40 PM and discussed the matter and possible solutions but as of today no progress. We even contacted the credit card company to file a complain about this transaction which they are currently investigating and awaiting their response.

    Made a purchase on 12-29-22, a few days later I received an email stating that one of the parts was on backorder until June of 2023. I am a business unable to wait 6 months as my customer wants his equipment repaired and returned.. It is now 1-19-2023 and Polaris parts nation has not refunded my money after promising several times they would. This is almost 700 dollars they have not returned. I have spoke several times to them only to get the same response. It will take 2 to 10 days for a refund... It has now been over 20 days and nothing...

    I ordered from this business on November 29, 2022 through the internet. The reference number for the order is ******. My credit card was charged for the entire order at this time. I received part of the order in late December but received the incorrect type of snowmobile oil. The company sent a return label and when I went to ship the oil back to the company I was charged a **** fee for packaging the oil into a box. The company then sent us the correct oil. The issue that I have is that we still haven't received item # *****, snowmobile grease. I contacted the company and asked for three things. I wanted a refund for the grease which hadn't been sent including tax, the 2 dollars back for shipping back the wrong oil, and a refund of the shipping of the grease which they hadn't shipped yet. In my estimation this would be ***** (grease), **** ( 8% tax), **** (shipping oil), and **** (shipping for the grease- calculated using a percentage of the shipping that we were originally charged ). So the total amount that I am asking for is $23.06. I have contacted the company via phone and text to no avail. I would greatly appreciate your help in solving this problem.

    ordered on 9/30/2022 Order# ****** once received, one part damaged. sent pictures thru text and still not response 11/2/2022. and missing one part and cycle parts nation never let me know this is on backorder. When I do call number, you stay on hold and the one time someone answered, she could not explain where my order was and no mention of the claim for damaged part. Definitely will not order from this place again.

    Bought one part for $26.25 then they charged my card 2 more times. I have been calling since October 19th all they would do is transfer me to different departments then they put me on hold until they closed now I cant even get anyone to answer the phone so I can get refunded my money they took from me. Today October 22 will be 4 days I have been trying to get this resolved.

    I ordered parts on 8/18 . I got my order in missing two items , one of which happened to account for half of the total monetary amount of the order. The business will leave you on hold forever ( over 25 minutes) and then disconnect you. They dont respond to emails , they prefer to text but wont text back if you have issues. Very poor communications.Contacting my credit card company next to dispute charges. I dont mind paying for what I have got but refuse to pay for items I didnt get

    Ordered 404.79$ in parts with insurance from this company on 4/18/22. Order #****** received partial order and called to check on the rest at this time I was told they would be at my doorstep within a week. I received another partial order still missing Part #'s ********* and *********. I called again now in May and was told a claim had been filed and the parts should be shipped soon. Now in august 4 months and about a phone call a week waiting on hold at least 20 minutes a call they still have ****** of my money plus shipping and insurance (my hard earned money) and they cant give me an answer or a supervisor to talk to. I just want this resolved. *** that i talked to today said her manager would call back in 10 minutes he was in meeting. no call back and that's been said at least 5 times I've called. 08/16/22 Still have my money/parts.
