    I purchased the part on 7/13/2022 with expected delivery of 7/20/2022 - 7/28/2022. Order #******. My credit card was charged $24.22 on 7/19/2022. I emailed the company on 8/3/2022 for the status of my part and as of today, 8/16/2022, I have not received a response. I called the customer service number today, the automated system said there were 11 calls ahead of me and the estimated wait time was 3 minutes. After 17 minutes of waiting I hung up. The company either needs to ship this part to me or refund my payment.

    Placed a live order with this company on June 2 2022 and never received part. I have called several times and am being told they have it and it will be sent soon. Its been 7 weeks now. Need a refund or the part. Invoice is *******

    I placed an order with order #'s 13780-24B01 02112-05107 08321-01052A Was paid in full on 07/12/202 Have not received it nor have I been able to contact Cyclepartsnation, in text or by phone. I would like to have the parts delivered as promised and heavy reprimands given to the people not giving any info and for not answering the phone calls. I have been placed on hold saying there are 9 people ahead of me and my call would be answered in 3 mins, not to happen.

    Cycle Parts Nation took my order #****** via their website on 6/21/22 , and charged my credit card without telling me that the parts were on backorder status , and that they would have to get the parts from a ****** warehouse . The only reason I found this out was because I emailed them asking what the status of my order was on 6/25/22 . I decided to wait the 3 weeks for the parts , instead of canceling . Then , on 7/9/22 , I called again , and they told me that they had received my parts from ****** on 7/8/22 , and would ship them on 7/11 or 7/12 . They did not ship my parts , so I called back , and ****** told me my parts would be shipped 7/13 or 7/14 . It is now 7/15 , a week after they got my parts , and my parts still have not been shipped .

    We cancelled this customer's order at their request.  This customer ordered quanity two of one part number.  We received one part in and the other was placed on backorder.  After speaking with the customer, he informed us that he did not want to wait for the second part.  We processed the refund at the customer's request.
