12/02/24 approximately 23:40-00:00 I was in the office attempting to pay my fee to release my vehicle from impound. Earlier today AND yesterday the price I was quoted was severely different from what I was told tonight. So I was questioning the invoice that the man who identified himself as dispatcher gave to me. To which he said were stupid questions and I was playing games.After this I was obviously elevated in temperament. But dispatcher has now been excessively rude and I begin to ask for a manager or contact card to which he refused.He refused to allow me to pay. While sprinkling in other exploitative things such as flicking the bird or the middle finger, and also calling me ********* After back and forth about refusal of service for quite some time, he called the police. If I had not worked a 16 hour shift today to make the money to get my car out I would have gladly waited if I thought there was a solution. I will be returning at 9 am hoping to see action taken on this employee as his actions were hindering my services, terribly unprofessional, and downright rude.Business Response

I I called ********** saturday afternoon about my car which was picked up early that morning a two thousand five grand prix I was told it was $391.00 but they called me back to say. No one was available at the ******* area for me to pick up my car. I could not get it until Monday but they still charged me 2 extra days because they were not available for storage of my car which I think was not right. Which came to ******Business Response

Our impound lot in ******** is not open on the weekends. We try to help customers out and get someone out there if someone from our ********* location is available, but unfortunately on Saturday we had too many accidents to do so. If the customer would like to call our main office at ************* during normal business hours; they can ask to speak to ***** or ****** to discuss it in more detail.

They towed my vehicle out of my sister's backyard while I was incarcerated not even leaving a warning or anything to my sister who paid rent money at the house apartment she stayed at at *************************************************************************. ***************************** they towed my vehicle then afterwards put up signs saying no parking here all vehicles will be towed the landlords name is twala. My RV has already been autioned off by ********** towing in ********* ******** my belongings were in it which included my father's necklace with his cremains inside sentimental things were took as well. Hello,
The ***************** sends out an abandon vehicle notice to the most current, registered owner that they have on file before any vehicle can be auctioned off. We picked this vehicle up on 10/31/2023 and it went to auction on 12/06/2023. I would also like to note that our signs were posted on the property before we towed the motorhome. Furthermore, looking through our notes, I don't see that anyone ever contacted us about the motorhome between the date we picked it up and the date it went to auction.

**************************;Im going to be taking this to civil court you guys are insane my rv was parked in A PARKING LOT MY SISTER WAS RENTING HER APARTMENT AT THE **** I WAS ALSO INCARCERATED FOR FOUR MONTHS MY SISTER PAID RENT AT THOSE DATES AS MY RV WAS TOWED FROM HER RESIDENCE AND WAS NEVER GAVE ANY WARNING YOUR SIGNS ARE AT THE EMPTY LOT NEXT TO HER OLD RESIDENCE AT *******************************************************************. THANK YOU NOT AT HER PARKING SPACE BEHIND HER HOUSE APARTMENT WHICH MY SISTER WAS RENTING AT THE **** WHICH SHE HAS A RIGHT TO PARK ANY TYPE OF VEHICLE SHED LIKE DUE TO THE **** SHE PAYS RENT AND NY FATHER EVEN SPOKE WITH ***** THE LANDLORD WHO AGREED THAT MY RV WAS OKAY TO BE THERE UNTIL HE CAN HAVE SOMEONE GET THE BATTERY CHARGED UP TO HAVE MY RV TOOK TO MY FATHERS HOME. This issue is between the owner of the rented property, the renter and the owner of the motorhome. We are considered the third party in the matter and got called by the owner of the property to remove the motorhome. The owner of the motorhome would like to take this to court and we believe that a judge will settle this incident.

Had moped in pounded this last Friday 7/7/23 from the McDonalds across the street from the bus station. I called today 7/10 and they want $245 to get the moped in every midnight they say they charge an additional $30.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: Most places dont add daily fees in this case they are asking for $30/day. And now they want a little over a thousand dollars to get it released which is how much I paid to own it in the first place.

Per the police contract and the industry that we are in, all vehicles get charged a daily fee. This vehicle has been in our lot a long time that the storage fees have made the bill over $1,000.00.Customer Answer

********** Towing gave me an incorrect bill (was stated that I paid $286.30 when I paid $300) and refused to give change back when requested and confronted with the bill ($13.70). Receptionist did not state that exact cash was required.Business Response

Looking further into this call, ***** does not own the vehicle, his girlfriend does. As they were told on the recorded line, we take exact change. We would be happy to give $13.70 back to the girlfriend if she would like to stop by our office during management business hours which is 8a-5p.
