    McDonalds sent out a technician to change my daughters flat tire. The individual put on the spare that happened to be flat and he only put two of the bolts in and the spare that was flat . She proceeded to drive the car and heard a crunching sound as she started to drive terrified she broke something and drove the car back to its parking spot. Who would put a spare on like that and think that was safe for someone to drive? We then had to have the car towed the next day to Volkswagen dealer and McDonalds was once again called through our insurance company. The 2nd technician then attached the tow chain underneath the car to the control arm bending the lower control arm causing $600.00 worth of damage. The first call to McDonalds for the Flat Tire we were told they have body cams and they will review the situation (Never heard Back) Multiple calls were put in to discuss the damage to the control arm and alignment during towing with no response. I would strongly suggest if they get called by your insurance company refuse the service they do not know what they are doing. This was a potential very dangerous situation if she would have kept driving and had gotten in an accident.

    My daughter's car was in an accident. They came and got it and said "just take your title to K metal and that'll cover the cost of the tow." Only to find out that we owe them $600 and that we have to pay that first before scrapping it. They are deceitful. The tow truck driver completely lied.

    This accident was requested by a local police jurisdiction. No one on scene told us where to take the vehicle, so we took it to our storage facility to secure both the customers interest and ours. We did not hear from the customer until 10/23/23 regarding the said vehicle above. We have offered the customer to contact us to discuss the situation more and they have not done so.
