    An employee wearing a Renewal By Andersen shirt, and a badge with the name of ***********************, knocked on my door in *******, ******** today. Our neighborhood has a sign clearly saying soliciting is not allowed. He flatly refused to leave the neighborhood unless I called the police. He allowed me to take his photo. I found this to be incredibly disrespectful and an invasion of my privacy. I could not find an local phone number to call in order to make a complaint, but I suspect he is going door-to-door according to company policy.

    Both Joe and Jordan were very professional in installing our Anderson windows. They were very efficient with their time and cleaned up all of the old windows and vacuumed the floors. They were also very courteous while working. I would definitely recommend this crew for installing windows.
