    Recently ordered one product and received another. Customer service said the error was mine because “the photos on the product page do reflect what you will receive when you purchase”.

    When I submitted the first response, it stated that not all of my attachments were accepted. I wanted to make sure you got these.

    Hello, 

    The attachments provided will clarify this situation. Its pretty simple, the customer (****** ***********) made an order on our site on July 4th. He received everything he ordered but he is confused because he mistakenly ordered a product he did not want. The first attachment is ******s receipt. On this receipt you will see he ordered 10 All Glass Cartridges and 10 Wickless Ceramic 510 Vape Cartridges | O2-VC all of which were received. The 2nd attachment is a screenshot of the web page that he ordered from. You will see the title on the web page is the exact same as the product in question shows on his receipt. Furthermore, ****** provided a picture of the cartridges he received. The picture ****** provided is the 3rd attachment which can be compared to the picture on the website (2nd attachment) and you will see he received what he ordered. The screenshots of the email thread provide further context and shows how ****** speaks to customer service reps.
