A spring broke on our main garage door on a Sunday morning. Contacted Precision and they had a tech there that afternoon. Precision was prompt and thorough in terms of engagement and communications and the tech was well organized, knowledgeable, and friendly. Precision appears to have sophisticated customer engagement processes in place; our interaction was seamless and straightforward. The reason for the 4-star rating rather than 5-star was that the tech told me we were missing the center bearing on our installation. Precision had replaced the springs on this door in 2014 and the tech had not reinstalled the center bearing during that service. I appreciated his candor regarding this issue. We would certainly consider Precision for future garage door-related needs.Precision Garage Door of Mid Michigan

Next day service after my call thats outstanding. Tech was informative, wish when I had you at my residence a year ago the tech would have discussed the issue of only having one spring on my door when the repair replacement cost was half what I paid today, it would have been nice to put that decision on me thus I was a bit set back by the cost of the repair. Neither that or not I am satisfied with the repair.Precision Garage Door of Mid Michigan
