    If buying solar panels AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! Mid September 2024 I ordered ~$1800 in panels only to have my order VOIDED due to unavailability of the actual panels from the manufacturer (the company sells "factory direct"). This was done by Mini-Split Systems direct without communication to me (I made several attempts for an update after their 3-10 day delivery date had come & gone).End of Sep 2024, I ordered another set of panels ~$2200 from these guys only to have initiated repeated status updates with no real updates (we'll keep you informed -they would write back). After 3 weeks of no updates, they AGAIN cancelled my order due to no available panels (even though their website showed available panels just a few days ago). I am beyond frustrated with this company -AVOID THEM AT ALL COST.

    Mini Split Systems Direct is an awesome company. I bought the MR **** universal 2-3 ton system today. ******************************* was helping me and taking care of my many requests. He just responded literally in minutes even its late night in my time(PST) and he's probably 2 hours ahead of **** couldn't ask for a better customer service than this. I can't wait to receive this heat pump system and get it installed.

    Mini Split Systems Direct is a great company to work with. I bought an ACiQ 5 Ton system September of last year to install for a client, and a Stealth 3 Ton System Janaury of this year for my home in *******, my client is happy, I am happy, delivery was very quick, both systems arrived early and met timelines, customer service is excellent, they pick up the phone and are all US representivies, and their tech support can walk you through anything. I am very happy with service I received, these guys are my go to!
