    $1249paid on October 27 and **** onNovember 11, 2022 to remediate mold in our library room and basement attic and a bedroom. Mold is still present. The company said they would come back out and use a different product for an additional charge. I feel that the company should issue a refund.

    On 10/18/2022 we did an inspection for this customer and determined that they needed demo of drywall and carpet as well as treatment to remove mold in their home.  Mold was also identified in other parts of the home and the customer declined having those areas treated.  The source of the mold was extensive but unclear as to what caused the problem.
    On 10/26/2022 we did treatment in the bedroom, basement and workout room.  At this time, they declined again to have the mold in their attic and library treated. 
    On 10/31/2022 the customer requested that we give her a quote for the mold treatment in the library and attic.
    On 11/11/2022 we came back out to the home to treat in the library and attic.
    We have been to this home a total of 3 times to perform treatment at the request of the customer.  The customer signed a proposal agreeing to the price of the work done as well as the terms of our warranty which states that the home is covered for 5 years for any mold regrowth once the moisture source has been fixed.  There has been zero communication from the customer that there was a problem with mold regrowth.  A call to our office will prompt a service call to retreat any affected areas that were previously treated.  We are unable to issue the customer a refund.  However, their warranty is still valid, and they can call our office to have us come out to fix the issue in their home.
