    I was quoted ****** and 8.50 for electricity ****** a month for 25 years sum of ******** dollars with 3 people who witnessed the solar sales person solar system has not produced the amount that it should have tried to get company to fix problem and then don't respond to complaints about the solar system not producing the right amount of power one person (****) said he would add 10 more panels 3 months ago now they don't want to call me back I would like to have there property removed off my building and take lean off my property

    I recieved solar and a roof from this company. There's even a portion not even complete. My consumers energy bill recieves a 23 dollar credit and I still owe 50 to 70 dollars for electricity... my payment I s277. I was told I would recieve a tax credit for 12 grand, I don't qualify because of what tax bracket I'm in. In 18 months my payment will go up to 391. I also was told I wouldn't need a battery. Well if the sun's not up I can't use the energy I gained all day. The owner doesn't answer and respond . I also was told if my panels weren't maintaining whT they project they will give me a off set credit. I have yet to hear back.

    First of all there is a new roof also included in the loan which makes the payment a little higher conaidering we rolled in a ****** roof, she recieves a credit fo access energy as well as what she is using is lowerring her bill, her offset was %70 and were very close, we have talked about a battery as well, offered to spread it out over a couple years if needed. As for the tax credit, you can spread it out over 6 years, ***** per year, We have been in constant contact.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    The tax credit is false. You must be in a certain tax bracket to receive said tax credit. I did receive 500 dollars this year because I made 34 grand. I do not make enough to receive said tax credit. Battery is not linkable to the current system they sold me I was not offered a battery from the beginning was told that I wouldn't need a battery due to consumers only taking power from grid so often said salesman. Also was told I would receive a 'check' from sky energy if the cost of my electric bill was not meeting what they had quoted me. I do not use the energy I gain all day due to when I come home. Consumers credit on every bill is only been ************************************** only once I reach out and I personal friend of his gave me it due to my posts on line and how unfair I'm being treated. My payment for said products are due to increase in August where we have met the 18 months. I have not seen any benefit for this said solar transaction. Yes I did receive a roof because it was quoted to have a 25 year warranty and which I already had to have re done because the wrong material was laid. Also still have no done the back lip of my garage that is still the roof. Also nails are still on roof that they left right above my car area. I want the company to be telling customers the correct info on the products. Consumers takes the power every night. Not in a 90 day window like I was told. You do need a battery or this is pointless. I'm still paying up dollars a month on electric. And also paying for this transaction. I could have got a roof threw someone else if that's all I needed. And maybe it would have been completed a year ago instead of still playing phone tag. My credit is ruined from this I went from 801 to 650. The company solar generation who made the packet for my products don't do business with sky energy anymore and I see why. I'm 36 years old and I got swindled. They really should tell the customers what they are signing up for. This is not a good deal or business.
