      Me and my husband are so happy we contacted ****** to do the work on our house! Our project manager, *********************, walked us through every fine detail of what our house needed and how he could help us fix it.He made sure that I could clearly understand the plan and work that would be involved. We contacted other companies too, but none of them made us feel comfortable about hiring them. **** took his time to teach us and made us feel very comfortable with having ****** fix and protect our home.

      *BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY In February/March, I engaged Ayers Basement Systems to install a sub-pump in my house. Regrettably, their lack of professionalism and negligence resulted in severe consequences. During the installation, they broke the main water line, leading to a flooded finished basement that caused extensive damage to the floors, yard, and personal belongings.One of my significant oversights was not conducting thorough research on Ayers, including reading reviews on reputable platforms like the Better Business Bureau and the *************************** Had I done so, I might have been more cautious before entrusting them with this important project.Initially, Ayers seemed responsive and attentive to rectifying the situation. They took responsibility for fixing the water line and drying out the basement. However, as time passed, it became apparent that they were more concerned about the mounting costs associated with their negligence. Eventually, they stopped acting responsibly, leaving me with no choice but to contact their insurance company to seek compensation for the damages caused to my property.Despite their prior agreement that I would not bear any financial burden resulting from their actions, Ayers unexpectedly sent me a bill, accompanied by threats of placing a lien on my house. This experience left me feeling abused and disrespected. This company is unwilling to take responsibility for its negligence or work towards a satisfactory resolution.Given my encounter, I strongly advise against allowing Ayers to work on your property. They have demonstrated a lack of decency and integrity in dealing with the consequences of their actions. It is essential to prioritize the safety and well-being of your home by seeking professional services from reliable and responsible companies.I believe customers should be treated with respect, honesty, and fairness. Sadly, my experience with Ayers has directly contradicted these principles.

      We apologize that your home's water line was broken. Unfortunately, we had no way of seeing it beneath the concrete. We immediately paid to repair the damage and turn your water back on. This matter is now in the hands of our insurance company and they are working with your insurer to settle any remaining damages. In the meantime, we ask that you submit payment for the completed work as contracted.

      Terrible customer service. No notes between salesperson Paul and install crew. No communication between anybody in the company and us as customers. We would find out about work being done an hour before crew showing up and then crew doesn't know what they are supposed to be doing and end up working on something wrong. Everybody points fingers and places blame on someone else. Then nobody recalls there is a phase 2 to our project a couple months later at a follow up. There is a deposit on this phase and it had better be installed properly and to our satisfaction. Terrible to work with even though we have tried to speak with office managers and people supervising Paul. Getting nowhere trying to get resolution.

      I had waterproofing done in a rental home. BUYERS BEWARE--They can damage the home, ************* with NO RECOURSE. Aside from the price of the system, I ended up paying THOUSANDS to have a sewer pipe that was struck by their drill repaired. I footed the ENTIRE bill and had to put the tenant in a hotel for the weekend. After this, we FAILED 3 inspections before it was resolved. The building inspector said he fortunately does not have to report POOR WORKMANSHIP, only safety issues. He encouraged me to report this company. DO NOT USE THEM FOR WATERPROOFING SERVICES.

      We were given a quote for two basement windows. The quote came back two weeks later at twice the quoted price. We made a deposit on 7-26-22, and after talking with the folks in ******* cancelling the project, we were told our deposit would be refunded. They cashed the check on 8-5-22.... and still to this date have not returned our deposit.
