I was going to use them for waterproofing my basement. They gave me a scheduled time to come and then they called that week to let me know they needed to move it. they blamed it on the city. I contacted the city and they said they just filed for the permit. Then they told me what to get the electrician to do at my house. My electrician contacted them and it turned into way more and very costly. I ended up needing to cancel the service as I can't afford it. They refuse to give me my substantial deposit amount refunded back to me. They said they keep the deposit if you cancel. It says nowhere on any paperwork they gave me that they would keep my money. We are talking thousands of dollars. I can't afford that. I sent them a certified letter and have not heard from them. I had to get an attorney and he will be contacting them.

I have used Ayers for two projects at my home now. In 2024 they installed an egress window that works perfectly as expected. In 2025 they did a foundation repair for us at the other end of our home. For both projects I was completely satisfied from start to finish with their communication and punctuality and honesty. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.Ayers Basement Systems

Ayers Basement Systems exceeded my expectations! After struggling with a wet basement every time it rained, I finally called Ayers Basement Systems, and I’m so glad I did. For years, I lugged a wet vac up and down the stairs and stored everything in plastic bins just to keep it safe. The space had real potential, but constant water issues made it feel like a lost cause. From the initial consultation to the final day of the project, the entire Ayers team was professional, responsive, and respectful. Rebecca was especially helpful during the planning process, and the crew completed the job in just three days. They kept me informed each day, answered all of my questions, and treated my home with care from start to finish. Now, my basement is dry, usable, and no longer a source of stress when it rains. To be clear I have only gone through the quoting process. **** was extremely patient with me and explained everything in detail. This was not a high pressure sales process and I appreciated that very much. The company has a strong reputation in my community and **** validated that on his visit. Would recommend giving them a call to see if they can help as that seems to be their approach.Ayers Basement Systems

The sales person was very thorough and informative. I chose to complete the driveway this spring. The guys came out on 3/24/25 and did a great job. Finished within the time specified and were on time. Very friendly and let me ask as many questions as I needed to.Ayers Basement Systems
