  I asked them to install a dedicated outlet for my sump pump at the end of last year. I had to have the work permitted by the City of *******. When the City electrician came to inspect their work, they found multiple violations, including that the outlet was not dedicated, but instead connected to the same breaker as my fridge. The City electrician explained to me that if we had a bad storm and my sump pump got overloaded and killed the breaker, not only would my basement take on water but my fridge would go out and my food would go bad. National Electric NEVER told me they hooked my outlet up to the same breaker as my fridge; I paid them for a dedicated outlet I never received. The City electrician sent them the violations and told me they should reach out to me to correct them. Instead, I've been calling and emailing them for months and they conveniently say they will call me back or don't answer. They have never corrected the issues. Don't trust that the work they've said they've done is actually the work they've done.

  I have had a new electric box installed at my home in ************ . The job was sold and installed that day I asked for the company to label. All breakers and also to check my electric outlets upstairs due to some damage I noticed . The owner ( per him) ***** came in out the house the next few days to oversee his workers I stressed I needed the outlets upstairs checked a few times and had a few outlets not working but that. Was never done. . The fuse box switch was not labeled after repeated attempts to get that completed,The owner?***** Was irritated I contacted him , on his cell phone. Which I had used all along and he gave me the number Also last winter I used 3 heaters new ones in the house and never blew a fuse, w the new box I am blow fuses now One heater on porch ran and I plugged. In a Vacuum and blew. A fuse ,this never happened in the past with the outdated box I called ***** the owner and he did come here only to blame me for using the heater and shrug it off w no offer of checking or help me w a solution, . This house is my brothers who passed last yr and had no updates on anything . I paid a lot a lot as the ****** P review says I paid $4000 But I did have 3 outlets added in basment and a separate circuit for my new sump pump h I will post ithe breakdown of my cost s on my invoice and the fact he claimed to have 10yr warranty on work he did . Most of what he did is charge alot and go to the next customer w money . Not one thing has he addressed after repeated attempts and I blow fuses that should not happen with one heater on porch . If so I was ripped off and the work is not properly done , so also he is money hungry and arrogant .bragged to me about his kitchen remodels he gets ***** for , he is a horrible business man an ****** back up his work per contract and he acts so kind until y need him to check the work **** NOT USE THIS COMPANY HE DOES NOT BACK UP THE **** YOU WILL SPEND THOUSANDS FOR !

  Had them replace my breaker box and it cost quite a bit. My electric worked for less than one day and couldnt get it to work. Called the company but it took hours for them to call back (contrary to what the message said) only to find out they dont work on weekends. Finally someone came and looked at the affected plugs and said it was a grounding issue and said they would put me on a list and let me know when they would come back. I left a message three days later for an update and still havent heard from them. Finally I called another company and they showed up within three days ************ replaced the plugs and everything worked for a day however I lost power to the plugs the next day and the new company came back that day and did more checking and came to find out that National Electric did not tighten down the wires in the breaker box that they replaced. Once ****** Electric tightened everything down my power has worked perfectly. I am extremely disappointed with National Electric with the shoddy service and their poor customer service. I will never use them again

  Outstanding service and professionalism! **** and *** responded to my call, came over, helped me with my inspection list for selling my house, cleaned up the job site nicely, and theres been no problems. They explained to me very clearly all the work to be done and did it promptly. Competent and courteous service
