    I had an electrician from National Electric come out to my house. The guy was very rough, he was pulling and tugging on the circuit breaker panel without even taking all the screws out. Then, without testing any of the circuit breakers told me that I need to have the entire panel replaced for $2400. He was banging on the circuit breakers with his screwdriver as if trying to break them. Then he briefly tested one outlet which I already knew was working. Didn't test any other outlets, didn't test any circuit breakers. Couldn't even start the dryer without my help. Had a hard time putting the panel back on the circuit breaker. I asked for an invoice to pay by check. He refused and stood there in a menacing pose telling me that I'll get a receipt after I pay now. I should have called the police right then. The whole visit cost me $150. They did nothing except briefly testing one working circuit breaker and looking at my fuses (no tests). I would like my money back. I will file a complaint with the state.
