I was seen at the trinity of **************** a few months ago, not by my choice, after I passed out from low blood sugar, starting from the arrival at the er when I was only half lucid and had barely any idea what was happening I was dumped in a wheelchair, after ambulance left. Completely alone and out of it and barely concious after they forced me to sign who knows what because i was to loopy. I was left unattended and vulnerable in a wheel chair alone for I don't know how long again because I was so out of it, but probably more than half an hour barley clutching my belongings, unable to question anything and totally unprotected from anyone around. until my sister arrived and demanded to know what was going on. When i was finally brought back to the er I was left in the wheel chair in a random corner and then when they put an iv in both my sister and I managed to tell the nurse I was allergic to chlorohexidine and to not use it on me, I was completely ignored and they used chlorohexidine to clean my arm and I eneded up with an itchy hive filled red rash for over a week. The ** they gave me was **** so completely rude treated me like I was stupid even though I was back to normal and despite knowing exactly why I was there kept trying to force ekgs and scans xrays and tests I didn't need on me, even the nurses thought I didn't need the tests. Clearly he was just trying to pad the bill. Now for the bill. I'm not complaining about the amount but I was paying it off in chunks and was trying to make a partial payment in it on Easter Sunday and instead of the partial amount I selected it forced the whole $710 through against my will. I froze my account so it wouldn't go through, took me 5 days of calling and messaging to get to someone to fix it, over a week later and its still not fixed they refuse to fix it they say I have to let it go trough and get a refund but they haven't even done that and I can't get ahold of anyone at all to talk to they're refusing to help

Trinity Health has submitted multiple claims for the same doctor's ************* resulting in the insurance denying the 2nd, 3rd, 4th etc claims as the 1st claim is still in process. Trinity has taken the EOBs of the rejected duplicate claims and wrongfully associated them with the claim for my doctor's ************* and is now charging me the full amount citing that the insurance has rejected the claim.Instead of resubmitting the claim, Trinity has submitted claims for a dr's **** and testing, a total of 7 times, resulting in 7 claims for 2 services. When I contacted their billing department, they refused to accept that they were not resubmitting claims, and that they were instead submitting multiple claims. When I asked them to associate the claim#s with the **** they confirmed that they cannot see the claim#, nor the actual **** because a different **** copies the info from the received EOB and attaches it to the bill. They would not remove the wrongfully attached **** change the amount due - despite a rep from my insurance company being on call, confirming the amounts due, that the claim was to be paid and that the funds were on hold - and when I asked to speak with their supervisor or someone who could resolve this issue, they refused to transfer and stated the spvr would call me back. I did receive a call from another rep, where this was all repeated and they stated a spvr would call me. No supervisor has called me to this day.Since there is a character limit on this complaint form, I will follow up with more info

On December 26th, I went to my primary care Dr. specifically asking for a RSV test as a family member had recently been diagnosed. I specifically stated I only want an RSV test conducted. Trinity messages confirm my request. I was then billed under account #************* both a 392 dollar charge for 3 tests. The first test RSV (As Requested), the second Influenza A&B (specifically not request or authorize), and third a COVID (specifically not request or authorize) test. On top of this I was build for a COVID sample fee of $82 dollars which was specifically not requested. I have tried to work with Trinity but they have refused my appeal. Of the now $478 dollar bill resulting after insurance to be ****** out of pocket, I am requesting they remove $110 representing 2/3s of the bills for the 2 of the 3 tests I requested not be conducted.

Was told by ************** on August 9th, 2023 that I had over paid them by $145.00 and was due a refund which would be mailed to me in the next 10 days. I have called them and talked to 5 different people with the same results 7 times. They keep telling me the check is going out and I should have it in 7 to 10 days. Called on Oct 5th, talked to a woman by the name of **** and she now says she will turn it over to the area that does refunds which should take 10 days and then another 10 days for me to get it. Nothing but a run-a-round. Please see that that I get my refund. I live on SS and every ***** counts!!!
