    I believe that Trinity Health uses a repeated pattern of fraudulent billing, attempting to scam unsuspecting patients into paying phony invoices with inaccurate charges that they know are incorrect. This has been going on for 3 years or more, and it stops today. Most recent example is an inaccurate bill for $410 I just received for DOS 10-11-23 which the insurance company has already paid in full, but the Trinity phone rep explained this was a mysterious "double billing" mistake (yet another one, of dozens!) that I can safely ignore this bill. So I wonder who specifically at Trinity Health is responsible for this fishing-atttempt, this deceptive "double dipping" cash-grab, i.e. the name of the person in the billing ***** who oversees this process, and how many other 100's of patients are being misled into paying false charges on fraudulent bills. How many years has this been going on? Will it ever stop?
