I went to a contract with a construction company Sweany construction LLC **********************. I had two hips of my roof, one broken and one sagging. The entire length of my house was also sagging and broken or sagging boards. He was to replace entire roofing, tear off shingles, replace both hips and entire length of the house with two by tens over my living room area in my driveway sat at least 20 Longboards 2 by 10 to fit the length of my house.1. He chose not to replace the sagging hip. He shingled over it and thought he was going to fool me. 2. All of the boards that were in my driveway which I have pictures of that were supposed to be Put along the length of my house he had lumber company pick them up. I was present at the time, in shock. realizing he didn't replace them like he was supposed to again to think that I was going to be stupid enough to not know what he was doing He returned them and didn't add that money back towards my money returned. I was standing outside when he pulled up. I told him that hip is not acceptable. Breach of contract He said I know it doesn't look good does it then he told me he was going to **** up I said what about my kitchen ceiling it's going to crack with all that weight he said no no this is what I'm going to do and explain to me that he was going to **** it up. Right after he ****ed it up, he came and bragging that he ****ed it up 8 inches and I said look at my ceiling. It was already cracked. Also didn't get all the permits to build at my house. He only got a roofing permit. City put a stop construction warning. Had him to office to purchase the correct permits. I hired another company to replace hip almost $20,000. I have cracks ceiling in several rooms. Theres cracks in a rectangle shape where he ****ed up the roof in front! He does have a two-year warranty he said, but I don't think he's going to come here and replace the entire length of the front of my roofing He's breached contract several times

    In regards to ***************** complaint:

First I want to start by saying the ***************** still has an outstanding balance of $31,650 since 12/7/22.

***************** was correct on the part where I only replaced one of the Hips on the roof and repaired the other.  I stated in the agreement that I would replace the second hip and I made and honest mistake so when ***************** brought it up to me ( after the roof was being installed approximately a week after framing) I agreed to get a structural engineer out there ( that she chose) to look at the way i repaired the hip.  ***************** and I signed a change order to the contract stating that I would do this and everything was approved by the structural engineer.

***************** mentioned about the extra material being returned, per our contract there was nothing stating that I would replace all the roof rafters.  On remodels you tend to order extra materials so that you are not waiting on items  and you can just get it done. The materials were extra, since I completed what was agreed upon.

At this point I have completed ***************** Home repairs per our agreement and above.  Since she has not paid me remaindng balance of $31,650 the two year warranty is void due to a breach of contract.  Also ***************** hired another company to come in and do the repairs, which she told me that what ever the cost would be she would be pay me the remainder of the balance. Since she has hired another contractor to fix the issues she thought were needed, that also voided the warranty.

The house ***************** is living in is remodeled and she hasn't paid for it.  I want to be paid in full
