    I signed a contract to repair my house. Two hips of my roof needed to be replaced per the contract as well as the rafters across the front of my house. One hip was broke the other one was sagging as well as the rafter sagging. ************************* did not replace sagging hip nor did he replace rafters across the front of my house. When I told him both of them are unacceptable he said that h*** have to **** up my rafters and the hip. Thats not what the contract says. But I told him Im concerned about him cracking my ceiling which is under said hip. The next day I brought him in my kitchen and pointed out all the cracks that were in my kitchen ceiling. Then he had to repair the kitchen ceiling. I now have cracks in my living room dining room and it seems to me there are some in the bathroom. We did have an engineer come in and he did what the engineer said to do however he had to **** up the hip 8 inches! He has left me with a mess! He wasnt here very much. He took at least every day that he was here Two hour breaks if not longer. There was one time when he told me hed be back never showed up again. I texted him where are you, you told me youre coming back. He texted me, sorry I thought I was! I shouldve texted you!I told him I could not pay him the remainder of the money I owe because he broke the contract in several different areas. He has now put a lien on my house!
