      This is a follow up to a previous complaint I made regarding this company. The company followed up with me but quoted me one price over the phone and then sent me a contract that would cost me $96. More than I was told. They pulled out my centricon stations when I was trying to renew which never made sense to me except for the fact that they wanted me to start over which would be more money in their pockets. I dont trust this company and all I want is for the BBB to investigate their practices and tell me how much the annual renewal fee as of April 2025 would be as I believe it goes up in June 2025. I believe they tried to take advantage of me.

      We did our best to work with this client to reinstate her Sentricon System after a lapse in service. Although we offered a significantly reduced rate and made efforts to accommodate her request, she was ultimately dissatisfied with the pricing.
      We regret that we were not able to meet her expectations, but we believe we acted fairly and professionally throughout the process.

      I reached out to them to renew my termite protection. The devices were still in the ground. I had to suspend the termite coverage the previous year for financial reasons. As the devices were still in the ground I wanted to have them rebaited. **** ******* came out to my house and saw the devices were still in the ground. He said he would get back to me with a price. Three weeks later and still no call AND their guys came out and pulled the devices out of my ground. This would cause me to pay all over again to have them installed instead of just being rebaited. The intention here was to make me start over and pay MORE. It could of been easily rebaited. **** ******* had no intention of helping me. I will never do business with them again. They only wanted more money and it was totally unnecessary!
