      They were asked to do inside the building. Quoted doing inside and sprayed outside. I even told the tech inside not outside. Had to call Orkin to resolve the issue. ***** also was a much better service experience.

      If I could give it zero Stars I would this gentleman came into our house did three treatments for what we paid for said he would come back if we seen any more for a fourth time for free when none of the three treatments that he did got rid of any bugs whatsoever if anything it made it worse crazy thing is we never seen them hardly anywhere at all maybe two. Before we called him and then we've seen more now than we ever have.On top of everything it took him 2 weeks to get back to me after saying he would be here 2 weeks previous and then when I do message him he sees my messages and puts me on mute and never contacts me back I have now had to take out more money on top of the money that we paid him to purchase items to hopefully get this taken care of before we move which what I was hoping to do with his treatments.

      These guys are flipping awesome! Dressed in protective gear like the Ghostbusters, blasted stinging yellow jackets away inside and out. Knowledgeable, prompt, able to do an excellent job! Appreciate your work very much today!

      Worked with them to remove racoons from my chimney. They came out, put two traps on the ground, and left them for 2 days, then came back to pick them up and got nothing. When I called several times to get a response to why they didn't finish the job, we were handed off several times and they promised to get back with us. Never heard from them. Weeks have passed and no luck to get back with them. This company is incredibly irresponsible and should not be trusted. They charged us before doing the job as well, big red flag for a company.

      Employee ****** arrived as scheduled and discussed plan and objective to combat ********* Ants. He answered all questions and inspected premise prior to putting down bait and spraying perimeter of house.
